今晚天氣凍凍哋,又唔想打邊爐,所以決定食燒肉,在尖沙咀周為行,行行吓搵到呢間鹿兒島燒肉,咁今晚就食呢間啦🤣餐廳坐位勁闊落,重有私人房間提供,私隱度極高。我哋坐底咗,店員就介紹我哋食一個燒肉套餐,由於唔想諗食咩,我哋就決定食套餐👍🏻頭盤:黑松露和牛他他 - 和牛極鮮味,加上黑松露,將和牛嘅味帶得更出,好食到停唔到口🫓北海道珍寶帶子蟹肉塔 - 用帶子砌成的塔,爽口彈牙,加上海胆的鮮味,同帶子的味道合二為一,非常夾,好食👍🏻溫泉蛋凱撒沙律 - 正常嘅沙律,沙律菜好新鮮🥗主食:和牛清湯伴三筋肉薄切 - 店員為我們燒三筋肉,然後加入和牛清湯,三筋肉好嫩滑,和牛湯清甜,完美嘅組合。月見特上西冷薄燒配海膽鵝肝松露凍 - 店員燒完西冷牛片後,會加入鵝肝、海膽、黑松露及雞蛋,撈埋一齊食,多種鮮味在口腔內翻滾,別有一番風味😍和牛燒肉配盤 - 有4%極上牛柳、特上西冷及特上牛肩胛肉。全部牛燒出嚟都勁香,一啲都唔韌,而且牛味極濃。全部和牛的品質都極高,呢餐真係好滿足😍食完咁好味嘅和牛,原來餐廳重有任食雪糕,有多種口味,全部都係日本旅行時見到嘅雪糕嚟👍🏻 呢餐飯真心抵食👍🏻 continue reading

今日去尖沙咀搵好嘢食,上網見到呢一間Beefar's 鹿兒島燒肉,即刻book位。餐廳環境唔錯,🙂仲有日式設計房間,好似去咗日本咁。嘢食方面,我哋叫佢哋推介嘅二人餐,餐裏面食物豐富,佢哋採用嘅係薩摩和牛。個餐包括咗黑松露和牛他他,和牛他他放喺脆片上邊食,松露味同口感都唔錯🥰另外珍寶帶子蟹肉塔,帶子同埋蟹肉新鮮😘和牛清湯伴三筋肉薄切,牛清湯清甜,將和牛燒完放落清湯一齊食,夠晒鮮嫩。月見特上西冷薄燒 配海膽鵝肝松露凍,配上特製醬汁,入口即溶🥳另外幾款特上肩胛肉,極尚牛柳燒肉片同牛柳粒都好好味。整體餐廳環境唔錯,食物好好。想食燒肉可以試吓。最後仲有日式雪糕任食。😝 continue reading
