之前有同朋友嚟食過,佢嘅服務同埋食物質素都十分之有水準,香港真係好少搵到啲咁有服務嘅舖頭,而且你係感覺到店員真係好想去幫你令你好舒服,我哋叫咗椒鹽墨魚咀,比之前嚟食更加好食,無論調味同個炸粉都唔會覺得好油膩,湯底方面佢個椰子雞真係好好味,用佢嚟煮其他嘢食,都仍然有濃濃嘅香味,麻辣就一般正常。蟹柳亦都係比較靚少少,似係用嚟整壽司嗰啲,鴨血都好食,口感味道都有台灣feel,因為我本身唔係食好肥,我哋叫咗牛頸脊,有少少油花,有牛味,擺盤同埋切得都好平均,醉雞餃子同埋黑松露餃仍然係好好食。如果鍾意食醉醃製品,下次可以試吓係個醉海鮮,應該會好好食。丸類我覺得失色少少。唔係好食得出手打嗰啲感覺,今日杯生啤,十分之酸,個人唔係好接受到。另外有朋友仔今日生日,臨走店家print咗張相俾佢做留念,我覺得呢啲小貼心位,令我好滿意。

這是一個贈送的產品,原本都沒什麼大期望,但見侍應在處理它前,拿了過來給我看它真身,十分生猛。根據侍應說的時間,分別下鍋煮龍蝦頭和身,肉彈牙且鮮甜。

冰菜🥬
很少火鍋店會賣冰菜,所以一見到就點了。冰菜配湯底很搭,口感爽脆,不怕會煮過龍,因為冰菜生吃也可。

總括依然,餐廳是有想法的,有故事的,都以酒為主題。如果有下次,我也會想試其他湯底,畢竟紅酒牛尾湯味太濃烈,好像有點限制我下鍋的食物選項。
