簡單介紹下佢哋嘅食材來源先。其實佢哋係menu到唔會特別刻意講今日有d咩野食😎姐係點?因為廚師每日朝頭早,都會一大早出發去街市,搵最新鮮最當造嘅食材,所以每日嘅食材或者配料都會有所唔同。但係個menu都會話畀你知主要方向係食牛呀,豬呀,定其他。 所以樣樣野對於我嚟講,都係daily special😂

佢哋既環境真係幾靚,而且播d好relax既音樂,喺度食飯係一件好享受既事❤️

就算一個人嚟食都可以搵到屬於自己的空間🍻 更有feel既係比薩斜塔陪住你食野🏛️

呢個tiramisu,係參考左傳統嘅做法再由大廚加以改良。首先手指餅係一層而唔係兩層,咁樣佢嘅酒味就唔會太濃郁,搶曬咖啡同朱古力嘅味道。層cream唔係cream🤤🤤係用芝士打到cream嘅口感. 呢個真係好嘥功夫,要將芝士打到好似cream,就係人手打,打完再用機打,再人手打再機打。來來回回之後,先會做到呢個口感。所以cut出嚟唔係四邊完整,岩岩巉巉嘅邊代表處佢哋每打一下嘅力度同心機,真係值得欣賞🤤 而且食完每一啖都會有味回甘嘅味道。酒,咖啡 同 朱古力,每一種味道層次分明,真係充滿驚喜❤️

呢個茶嘅茶包係由有佢哋係外國入口到香港。唔好似香港嘅茶咁好澀。清新得嚟帶有回甘既味道。飲完第一轉可以要求畀啲熱水再沖多幾次。我哋試過沖左三次之後,茶味依然非常之清新,但又唔會澀。而且佢哋嘅檸檬係大廚每日人手切, 切得非常之薄。每片嘅厚度適中,估唔到咁唔起眼既小小一塊檸檬,大廚都會咁講究😗😗唔會假手於人🤗

好一陣子沒來永光中心,銅鑼灣開了太多餐廳,單是登龍街已有好幾棟食肆林立的大廈,選擇實在太多。機緣巧合下,來了Bistroholic。店面不大,只有四五張四人枱。我們入座後已全部坐滿。一個人都會被安排4人枱,再有食客來到被店員知會滿座。作為食客,絕對喜歡這空間感,但對餐廳而言,要應付銅鑼灣的租金,這安排不奢侈嗎?餐牌有前菜、湯、主菜、甜品和咖啡或茶,自行配搭,以幾多道菜來定價。貪心又大胃口的我,當然要齊五道。Parma Ham and blanched Green Asparagus with candied heart egg and lemon mayonnaise 賣相精緻,切成段的蘆筍一條條直立,很好看。白灼的蘆筍沒有調味,很爽但不甜偏乾,可以沾雞蛋醬調味。這個醬似hollandaise,少少酸,蛋黃味濃,沙律醬味不會太濃,內有不少蛋白塊。薄薄的火腿,有鹹香,油香不算出,本來還好,但沾了沙律醬效果有點怪,不夾。Grilled sous vide chicken breast with sliced tomato and avocado, pesto dressing雞胸肉不嚡不韌

餐牌有前菜、湯、主菜、甜品和咖啡或茶,自行配搭,以幾多道菜來定價。貪心又大胃口的我,當然要齊五道。

Parma Ham and blanched Green Asparagus with candied heart egg and lemon mayonnaise
賣相精緻,切成段的蘆筍一條條直立,很好看。白灼的蘆筍沒有調味,很爽但不甜偏乾,可以沾雞蛋醬調味。這個醬似hollandaise,少少酸,蛋黃味濃,沙律醬味不會太濃,內有不少蛋白塊。

薄薄的火腿,有鹹香,油香不算出,本來還好,但沾了沙律醬效果有點怪,不夾。

Grilled sous vide chicken breast with sliced tomato and avocado, pesto dressing
雞胸肉不嚡不韌,有少少辣的調味。蕃茄清新多汁,牛油果夠熟,軟得剛好。蒜味頗重而不會太油的香草醬並不是淋在上面,是墊在最底那片蕃茄之下,吃完才出現。

很喜歡宿的碗,線條很美。彩椒蕃茄湯很清,很有家的感覺。蕃茄味很清,以彩椒的甜取代糖,不錯。

桂圓紅棗麵包,外層很脆,中間見到很多氣泡卻有相當重量,偏濕。沒見到或吃到洼圓,但有細塊紅棗,帶來少少甜。吃過更好吃的foccacia,覺得麻麻。

Roasted confit octopus leg with prawn jus tomato risotto
尤其喜歡吃西餐的八爪魚,在餐牌一見到就下決定了。油封鴨脾見得多,油封八爪魚倒是第一次。軟而韌又有點彈的口感完美,不過調味偏重。意大利飯不俗,飯不太腍,中間帶一點生,不俗。橙色的汁厚度恰到好處,蕃茄香中滲著蝦的鮮味。

Char grilled Iberico pork with polenta mash, roasted new potatoes, mixed berries red wine jus
本想點是日精選的魚,不過店員推介豬,提高了期望。擺盤漂亮,有不同的蔬菜配搭得色彩繽紛,而且蔬菜亦煮得好吃,該爽的爽。豬扒卻跟預期有點落差。肉質不是期待的爽,而是像火腿,腍中帶少少爽。肉味也沒有想像中鮮,而且調味不平均,時而太淡,時而太鹹。幸好吃到連著脂肪的位置,加點油脂香才好一點。

Tiramisu
甜品只有一款,店員搞笑地說甜品有「tiramisu 或tiramisu」。風趣。個人對tiramisu的要求頗麻煩,但覺得這個幾好。mascarpone打得夠輕盈,夠滑。手指餅跟芝士比例剛好。手指餅很濕,咖啡香之中有少少酒香,是在香港不易找到的質素。少少美中不足,可可粉偏多,蛋黃味可以更重。

靜靜的環境很適合傾計。吃得多此類西餐,期望不高,反而食物比預期中好。服務亦佳。不到$200,是頓幾抵食的午餐。
