今次點左2個是日午餐,這味麻辣牛肋腩伴闊條麵賣相唔錯,牛腩經過燉煮後變得軟嫩,麻辣調味料中的花椒為呢道菜增添了一絲麻味,辣度剛剛好,不會過於刺激。配搭彈牙十足既闊條麵,麵條吸收左麻辣湯汁的風味,與牛肋腩的口感形成了很好的對比。唯麵既份量比較少,未必能夠滿足食慾較大的人。另一個瑞士雞翼伴蔥油糖心蛋飯,味道也很好,同平時台式料理相近似,蔥油多點會更正。碗仔翅拼蒟蒻麵有驚喜,同平時食開既更有口感。值得欣賞既仲有佢既包裝,很精美,雖然離公司很近,包外賣包裝結實,相信誇區也不成問題。 continue reading

星期日到旺角買野順便過黎行下街好耐無行旺角了 變了有好多不同的店行到白布街見到呢間餐廳門面裝潢好美 座位都舒適就試一下吧我們被安排到樓上雅座環境很美很舒服主餐牌菜式好多款都好有特式我們到訪的時間午市/下午茶時段嘅Menu都合適 店員提午餐抵食d 咁我哋就揀午市套餐見到食物係港式同西式抱着一試的心態 就叫左兩個set 黑松露野菌香蒜意粉 擺碟用心落咗好多黑松露 而且意粉的份量較多家人食得好開心🤤香煎盲鰽蕃茄意大利飯 這個又是有驚喜魚柳煎得外皮好脆,魚質也新鮮配上蕃茄飯 酸酸甜甜 十分開胃配埋青口真的是10分正的一餐🤤麥皮蝦芒果沙律脆筒 一上枱有叮一聲的感覺😳因為就是想吃蝦就叫了這個小食打卡度極高🤤麥皮蝦脆卜卜蝦肉爽口🦐底層又變番芒果同埋沙律🥭酸酸甜甜生菜魚肉魚肉彈牙,上枱熱辣辣 🤤飲品柚子梳打 continue reading

給餐廳的提示1. 不要將餐廳變成大牌檔,係都裝修左先。  給餐廳的提示2. 接包場生意前,請先了解資源分配。    之前前前後後都嚟過5次,雖然性價比唔算高,但食得幾舒服。但係今次係我人生少見嘅災難級體驗。上到一樓坐低,就見到有一半位置間左出嚟,放住一張大枱,有幾位客人坐喺度好大聲,一睇就知包左半個場。    反正我都拿拿林食完就走,所以無理到。  點知落完order,食物等極都未到,包場嘅就愈來愈多人,愈來愈嘈,嘈到連坐對面嘅講咩都聽唔到,職員又聽唔到我講咩。其實,一樓地方又細,間隔又係密封嘅,樓底又唔算高,包場嘅地方又無牆隔開,噪音又大聲又反彈,嘈到我都暈暈地。同時間,唔夠職員應付客人,食物遲遲都唔上嚟,上到嚟又係已經放凍左,成個晚餐真係一個折磨。  如果餐廳想變成大牌檔,麻煩調整人手分配,做好隔音裝修,及將個價錢調低,畢竟大牌檔食咖哩魚蛋收$58+1,應該俾市場決定啱唔啱。    西班牙有機春雞黑松露燴飯 $118 +$88 (沙律,碗仔翅,桂花烏龍茶,楊枝甘露)  沙律幾好,但果兩隻蝦熱熱地配落個凍沙律到,顯得怪怪地。  個黑松露燴飯保持到水準,雞件都算滑,煎得夠香。    咖哩魚蛋 配手抓餅 $58  魚蛋凍左,彈性口感保持到都無意思。   continue reading

位於黑布街附近既一間餐廳, 睇落已經有文青嘅feel😳入到去,我哋上咗2樓坐,環境唔錯,店員仲好好服務態度👍🏻餐廳有分到主食,小食,甜品仲有飲品今次我哋主要係食甜品菊花燉雪梨👍🏻菊花味道有淡淡清香,整個燉雪梨唔會太甜,鍾意食甜品,但係又唔鍾意太甜嘅朋友可以選擇呢個甜品,係健康之選😋雪燕椰皇燉蛋白👍🏻放上枱面,成個甜品都好靚🥹穿住一串龍眼肉亦都好甜,上面有少少金箔點綴,食落去好重椰汁味道,但係唔算多燉蛋白。味道好味,推薦😋🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟我哋見到個疏乎餅好似幾吸引,就叫埋🤣草莓疏乎餅依個疏乎餅真係同疏乎厘有啲唔同,佢比較實同疏乎厘淨係用蛋白加糖有少少唔同。佢唔係一個淨甜味,有蛋香味,咬落亦都偏向似古早蛋糕,配上大白兔糖味雪糕,忌廉同埋草莓醬,讚👍🏻。我哋兩個人食咗三個甜品😂😂整體嚟講唔算特別抵,但係我覺得久唔久食下都可以😎有機會,下次要試埋佢其他小食😳 continue reading
