一位疑似店內最高職級的男性服務員完全是趕客式的態度,高傲自我的說話方式,實在令人感到恐懼,食店從前的風光已經不再,今時今日仲係呢啲服務態度,無須再受住氣去食呢餐飯。食物質素也非常一般,小籠包皮厚餡少只有微溫,蟹粉小籠包同普通小籠包食落完全無分別,小籠包內完全係乾爭爭得舊好鞋好實嘅肉粒,丁點肉汁也沒有,前菜冷盤味道尚可接受,乳鴿、招牌炒飯即叫即做算係全晚最有溫度嘅食物,小籠包的質素實在令人非常之失望,不值再光顧王家沙。 continue reading

一早出左九龍塘行到咁上下去搵下野食坐得方便舒服 嗱嗱臨book 位食完再繼續shopping 🤘時間比較早 都有位 到咗午飯時間好快就坐滿唔少得一定係小籠包同生煎包每款都叫左正常同蟹粉小籠包記真唔錯每粒飽滿多汁生煎包口感唔夠香内層太過濕潤影響口感😢三色粉皮開胃惹味皮蛋豆腐比預期精緻配搭好好😌梅菜扣肉飯濃味嫩滑😋不過炒飯底失預算 小朋友略微油膩唯有點多個闊佬炒飯乳鴿諗住穩陣但太早翻炸?柴口乾身反映後換上一隻半身鮮嫩 最緊要家人食得開心點知另一半依然偏柴口都唔知到底係火喉控制問題定其他原因就冇再深究最後食得太飽已經冇能力再食甜品較為可惜另外推廣會員只要$130左右就有9折同現金卷一餐計落都划算之後仲可以去埋集團其他餐廳🍴 continue reading

遠方回來的朋友上次食完填鴨和小籠包後回味無窮,我們便選這家再食小籠包!脆皮素鵝 喜歡食腐皮,點這份是正確選擇!外脆內軟,冬菇片片入味,好味。麻辣口水雞 雞肉粗幼適中,全面沾上麻辣醬汁,味道不錯,麻辣味足。凍菊花蜜 因怕抵不住麻辣口水雞的麻辣味,便點一杯這款菊花蜜,飲落都幾潤。酸辣湯 (1位) 雖然是一位用,但份量有正常碗的兩碗多,酸辣味適中。招牌蟹粉小籠包 (左) 、 蘇式鮮肉小籠包 (右) 沒有研究蘇式鮮肉小籠包應該是怎樣的味道,但與一般的小籠包無異,皮薄,湯汁滿滿,肉味濃。我們都愛吃小籠包,是小籠包迷。點了蟹粉味,蟹粉一小點,味道不算突出,但可以令小籠包有點海鮮味,肉味依然濃。鮮肉鍋貼 有三隻,但不是香煎脆底的,味道適中。闊佬炒飯 炒飯乾身,味道均勻。炸黑毛豬扒擔擔麵 (不辣) 我們六人只能分一細份闊佬炒飯,所以就多點一份擔擔麵。擔擔麵的湯汁夠,所以食得很開心。黑毛豬扒亦是炸得很好及入味。火腿蒜蓉粉絲蒸娃娃菜用鐵板將娃娃菜一份份排好,方便夾起。底部有小件燭台助熱,味道好但份量太少並不抵食,娃娃菜薄薄的一份好像快要蒸乾似的!高力豆沙球 (一客四件)無論是外面的糖粉、炸球或是內裏的豆沙,都是甜味剛好,好味!完成進餐後都覺得夠食,味道總括是好評的,服務周到,只是火腿蒜蓉粉絲蒸娃娃菜該調整一下份量會較好! continue reading

今次同爹哋媽咪一齊食晚餐順便去拎月餅帶佢哋去王家沙食比起以前食餐廳啲出品確係冇以前咁好前菜我哋叫咗拼盤有五款小食肴肉太咸醉雞都比較嚡其他都OK 銀芽炒鱔糊呢一個先係退步得最多食落真係又浸泥味同腥味但份量係足嘅可能鱔嘅來貨對味道亦都有影響青菜燴雞麵呢個仲keep到同以前食味道差唔多牛腩麵麻醬落得太多但依兩款款面口味都OK蟹粉小籠包味道偏腥 但都過得去嘅最後叫咗酒釀丸子冇諗過係全餐最好食🙂‍↕️由中學食到而家希望餐廳快啲進步返 continue reading
