Personally I have visited the shop numerous time and my favourite is always the raw beef pho with extra noodles. Each time the pho is served, I would always taste the broth before starting to dig in. I was so amazed by the broth as it was so was so refreshing, sweet and tangy with a rich beef bone flavour yet not oily at all! This is unlike any other Vietnam restaurants and is one of the reasons why I visited the shop so often. Then the beef was so flavoursome and meaty. They were cooked served medium rare, which is the perfect temperature. Despite the beef were from some lean cuts, they were so tender. The rice noodles which were smooth and thin, looking slightly translucent. This combination of all the elements resulted in a bowl of pho that I think is perfect and highly recommend to everyone 💯

個人都幾鐘意食PHO,但偏偏唔鐘意食芫茜蔥洋蔥全走個賣相的確係冇咁吸引,所以幾鐘意呢類有張紙可以自己畫走咩少咩牛骨湯一眼望落好清唔濁,亦都零肥油,飲落去好濃牛味好清甜,同埋喪飲都唔會口渴叫左普通個款牛肉都已經覺得不錯,河粉比平時食開個啲更滑,配埋個湯,就算冇牛肉都覺得好味可惜份量偏小,食完真係覺得有啲未夠喉食當日係門口等排隊等到勁熱,忍唔住叫左青檸梳打,(雖然真係好唔抵🤣)Pho配青檸梳打呢個組合真係抗拒不了

同埋喪飲都唔會口渴



叫左普通個款牛肉都已經覺得不錯,
河粉比平時食開個啲更滑,
配埋個湯,就算冇牛肉都覺得好味



可惜份量偏小,
食完真係覺得有啲未夠喉



食當日係門口等排隊等到勁熱,
忍唔住叫左青檸梳打,

I’ve heard of Brass Spoon for a long time but this is the first time that I really visited the restaurant.I ordered their signature dish Pho. It’s amazing! First, the soup is so sweet and tangy with a rich beef bone flavour and a hint of herbs. It’s not oily and doesn’t seem to have added MSG to magnify the Unami, so even when I drank a lot of the soup I didn’t feel thirsty at all!Then the beef is so good! It uses lean cuts of meat and is cooked just medium rare so it still retains the tendernes

I’ve heard of Brass Spoon for a long time but this is the first time that I really visited the restaurant.

I ordered their signature dish Pho. It’s amazing!

First, the soup is so sweet and tangy with a rich beef bone flavour and a hint of herbs. It’s not oily and doesn’t seem to have added MSG to magnify the Unami, so even when I drank a lot of the soup I didn’t feel thirsty at all!

Then the beef is so good! It uses lean cuts of meat and is cooked just medium rare so it still retains the tenderness.

The rice noodles (the banh pho) are also another highlight. They’re smooth and thin, looking slightly translucent.

平心而論,佢嘅牛肉河粉湯底係正嘅,牛肉同配料都係上乘,不過就稍嫌分量少啲,價錢偏高但係唔會食得飽。最大問題係佢個舖位本身都唔係大,座位密質質,全部唯一一張長枱嘅枱尾四尺半位竟然擺咗兩個位。加埋左右兩個位,四個人頭堆埋一齊食嘢都幾令人感到不安。我留意之前都係擺一個位,估唔到依家疫情嚴重,好多食肆都擺疏啲位,佢竟然反其道而行!我問其中一個職員可唔可以攞走一個位,佢一口拒絕,仲話佢地都要做生意㗎!唉!君子歛財,取之有道! 賺錢都要顧及顧客嘅安全同感受啊!尤其係佢嘅門口已經長期有人龍,少一個位,做好啲服務得唔得?!

Brass spoon is always the place I will go to when I want a pho !!! I personally love their soup base, it’s not oily but with a rich beef stock flavor. Especially i can always add extra onions and scallions!!! Lemongrass chicken cold vermicelli, is always about the sauce!! I will always soak my noodles in a lot of the fish sauce ! Chicken was tender and juicy and nicely grilled !

Brass Spoon剛開張時, 説是香港最驚喜的Pho, 她的營業時間霸氣得連晚餐也不用做, 再經過米芝連的加持, 以及兩間分店的擴展, 她說是在Pho界中有一位置. 可惜今次再來, Pho的質素和我所認知的香港一樣, 有點回不了去的意味. 點了Premium牛肉的Pho, 河粉Texture不會黏成一塊, 算是最好的了; 牛肉的Premium不知去了哪裡, 碎得來脂肉分離得有點離普; 湯頭油份不多, 看上去清澈但味道也有點淡然. 說起上來, 蒸粉卷比Pho的味道, 層次更多元化就是.

Brass Spoon攞左好幾年米芝蓮車胎人美食推介 久仰大名 終於都有機會試啦成日去日月星街行逛都會經過Brass Spoon但每次都大排長龍於是次次都放棄等多一秒都嫌多嘅我今次好好 有朋友排定隊等我我先去試咋 哈哈真係要好多謝朋友嘅無私奉獻不過咁 要人齊先入得所以我都等左兩秒架 哈哈生牛肉粉+春卷佢嘅牛肉粉係我食過最滑嘅湯粉真係滑得好緊要然後個湯好牛骨味濃得黎好清甜一啲都唔好油膩 唔會食完好口渴嗰隻我朋友誇張到食完啲粉仲要飲埋個湯添呀牛肉都好軟腍至於春卷都唔錯個皮好香脆 唔會過一陣就腍左餡料都切得好幼細 令到口感更豐富包埋生菜食 口感層次又再昇華

$120一碗牛肉河,跟味道只可以說合格地相配,沒有半點難食,但也說不上感動。粉卷中上。環境有點像高級大排檔,因為有冷氣。 裝修比較簡單,坐不算太舒服,但機價錢也不太貴所以還可以接受。但要批評,不知道什麼原因,職員面黑黑。 客人笑著進店,客人亦笑著點菜,但完全不知道為什麼兩個男職員黑曬面!(反而 負責送上麵與執枱的女服務員態度卻很好友善。)衛生方面,廚房與用餐地方有蒼蠅,冷氣機不斷滴水,但職員絲毫不關心,盼改善。
