一個人吃午餐又可以去試下新嘢,葵芳匯多了些新食肆,又可以有新口味了。Brilliant Cooking 午市套餐選擇多價錢合理,我升級了一個意大利牛肝菌忌廉湯,味道芳香而且好creamy ,忌廉又增加了幼滑口感。挪威煙三文魚加玻璃蝦配奶酪芝士忌廉汁意大利飯,名字長長的,材料都完全告訴你。第一次吃這一個組合的意大利飯,好有創意又好味,挪威煙三文魚給意大利飯添上豐富的味道,當然還有其他配菜的香味,最特別是有sashimi 玻璃蝦,爽甜的刺身蝦跟Mascarpone芝士汁很合拍做出一個新的口味,這個飯的口感相當不錯又好味。Iced Mocha 充滿層次,有朱古力粉的咖啡又有另一種吸引力。

挪威煙三文魚加玻璃蝦配奶酪芝士忌廉汁意大利飯,名字長長的,材料都完全告訴你。第一次吃這一個組合的意大利飯,好有創意又好味,挪威煙三文魚給意大利飯添上豐富的味道,當然還有其他配菜的香味,最特別是有sashimi 玻璃蝦,爽甜的刺身蝦跟Mascarpone芝士汁很合拍做出一個新的口味,這個飯的口感相當不錯又好味。

今日去了一間開業不久的餐廳吃午餐,門外看看他們的menu有不少選擇而且幾特別。室內裝修充滿工業風,牆上有著不同的齒輪裝飾,抬頭一看吊燈也是一致的風格。座位舒適,還有闊大的六人卡座。叫了一客 意式欖油蒜片蘆筍&黑安格斯牛肉意粉套餐,是日餐湯是南瓜湯,香濃甜美,加上用心的忌廉拉花。另外追加了一客小食 日本一口芝士,用上日本HOKO芝士,香脆鹹香。意式欖油蒜片蘆筍黑安格斯牛肉意粉🍝做得非常好,蒜片散發濃濃香味配上黑安格斯牛肉的肉味,好夾,意粉的質感做到啱啱好,加上不少巴馬臣碎芝士好滿足。今日好想飲薄荷青檸梳打,好清新,特飲跟餐可享受半價優惠。

總括嚟講,性價比好高,葵芳難得有間平靚正既西餐廳!我好想試埋其他野食!!!埋單三個餐都只係500多小小,真係好抵👍🏻下次一定要再去!不過唔記得左比張傳單佢攞9折!值得推介!佢地開左第三日炸!所以專登上OpenRice 支持下先!推介推介👍🏻

去開葵涌廣場行街,係街度收到傳單,葵芳匯開左間新嘅西餐,一於又試下新嘢。入到黎,裝修幾新淨同簡簡單單,全部位置都係卡位,都幾闊落。食物質素唔錯。杯藍蝶花檸檬梳打非常迷幻嘅感覺,睇落仲以為係Cocktail,飲落係清新嘅味道。叫左雞扒雜菜沙律,有三款汁揀,我哋揀咗泰式辣醬,非常開胃,不過都幾辣下,唔食得辣可以叫其他嘅沙律汁,雞扒嘅香草味幾入味。仲有燒春雞配意粉,燒春雞就比較淡味少少,不過肉質都幾嫩,雞胸肉都唔覺得鞋。仲有我期待嘅牛扒,五成熟,份量幾大塊,一上菜就切黎食,好juicy,不過薯條炸得更金黃色會更好。每個餐價錢由八十幾至百幾,我地一同三個人叫左好多嘢食,食到好飽😂

今日放lunch嘅時候見到有人派傳單話呢間野新開張,於是同同事去試吓呢間野,點知竟然有意外驚喜,比平時葵芳食開既都西餐好食好多,價錢都唔算貴,性價比幾高👍🏻嗌咗個安格斯牛肉意粉,而同事嗌左個菠蘿豬肉眼扒。 個安格斯牛肉意粉幾好食好入味,啲牛肉都唔似醃過鬆肉粉,食落去好有牛味又唔會韌。個意粉都煮得好彈牙,唔似平時食嗰啲發脹咁嘅口感。同事食嗰個菠蘿豬肉眼扒,見佢似落去都仲有啲汁流出來,食落去都好Juice,好鬆軟。個餐廳經理上餐嗰時都叫我哋趁熱食,咁樣先會食到佢好Juice嘅感覺。 另外佢都介紹咗飲一個香茅薑汁梳打,飲落去幾特別但係香茅同薑汁都唔會搶咗對方嘅味,反而好Fresh, 呢杯野幾特別,我都未試過喺出面餐廳飲過。 值得一提佢哋啲雞翼真係好好食,上咗枱隔咗一陣食落去第一啖都仲熱辣辣同埋有煙出,我最衰冇影相。新開業值得一試! 希望可以保持水準

嗌咗個安格斯牛肉意粉,而同事嗌左個菠蘿豬肉眼扒。 個安格斯牛肉意粉幾好食好入味,啲牛肉都唔似醃過鬆肉粉,食落去好有牛味又唔會韌。個意粉都煮得好彈牙,唔似平時食嗰啲發脹咁嘅口感。

同事食嗰個菠蘿豬肉眼扒,見佢似落去都仲有啲汁流出來,食落去都好Juice,好鬆軟。個餐廳經理上餐嗰時都叫我哋趁熱食,咁樣先會食到佢好Juice嘅感覺。

另外佢都介紹咗飲一個香茅薑汁梳打,飲落去幾特別但係香茅同薑汁都唔會搶咗對方嘅味,反而好Fresh, 呢杯野幾特別,我都未試過喺出面餐廳飲過。

值得一提佢哋啲雞翼真係好好食,上咗枱隔咗一陣食落去第一啖都仲熱辣辣同埋有煙出,我最衰冇影相。

新開業值得一試! 希望可以保持水準

有心思的新開西餐廳,地點方便,葵廣天橋一落就到葵芳匯我響OpenRice book位都唔知今日原來第一天試業環境闊落叫咗2人set牛肝菌湯夠濃4道頭盤拼盤,帶子配蟹籽,木瓜紙米卷,煙三文魚卷,焦糖車厘茄待應哥哥好細心介紹由帶子食起,焦糖車厘茄超有驚喜,裡面係冰凍,但外面係燒焦焦糖,又冰既甜跟住到超邪惡的蟹肉蟹膏意大利飯,呢個真超水準,完全唔油膩,蟹肉超多,但最神奇係食完大半都唔覺飽飽滯滯仲可以食埋塊主菜的牛肩板待應哥哥建議3成或5成係最好,我哋選左5成熟。容易切,一啲都唔韌,仲可以配飯,意粉或者薯菜,性價比唔錯的一餐

待應哥哥好細心介紹由帶子食起,焦糖車厘茄超有驚喜,裡面係冰凍,但外面係燒焦焦糖,又冰既甜

跟住到超邪惡的蟹肉蟹膏意大利飯,呢個真超水準,完全唔油膩,蟹肉超多,但最神奇係食完大半都唔覺飽飽滯滯仲可以食埋塊主菜的牛肩板

待應哥哥建議3成或5成係最好,我哋選左5成熟。容易切,一啲都唔韌,仲可以配飯,意粉或者薯菜,性價比唔錯的一餐
