To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

呢間兄弟記係第一次去,見到冇乜人就入去試下。我地3個人叫左4個餸,腐乳炒通菜,小炒皇,魚香茄子煲,菠蘿生炒骨。先唔講味道,以4個餸上菜既時間黎講,我地剛入去係得2枱坐左客人,連埋我地都係3枱。4個餸,合共用左1個鐘頭15分鐘先上齊,啲餸冇影到,因為已經等餸等到餓哂。遂個遂個上,速度係勁慢,之後都陸遂多人,啲人都已經等得唔耐煩,上菜速度以一間炒小菜既店黎講係忌諱。再到味道方面,第一碟等左20分鐘上菜既係腐乳炒通菜,腐乳味超淡,通菜冇獲氣,炒到‘’一住菜‘’。生炒骨係呢4個餸最正常,調味夠酸甜,生炒骨唔會炸到粉同肉分離,唔泡。第3個上既菜係魚香茄子煲,呢個係有鹹魚味,但係茄子唔掛汁,普遍食落去有啲淡,唔夠獲氣,汁過多。最後上菜係小炒皇,有好多料既,腰果,蝦乾,腎,但係韮菜花係比得勁少,啲料仲多過韮菜。總結,明顯唔夠人手,上菜速度勁慢,味道只能講一般。食小菜寧願去熟食中心。 continue reading

見到下圖同菜單咁寫,咁就緊係以為例牌係咁既份量啦叫左一碟例牌白灼蝦,點知上到枱得9隻 當堂”下”出聲,同張圖唔同既阿姐仲話例牌係咁架喇問阿姐咁張圖係咩份量,佢話係一斤份量,要$320 但個菜單上面冇呢個價錢,明棍人仲要行過我地枱繼續講係咁架啦蒸白鱔上到枱係咁既份量,又係同張圖完全2個樣黎食到一肚火真係名符其實海鮮價已報海關食物質素一般個沙爹煲好難食埋單仲比個阿姐單單打打已報海關已報海關已報海關已報海關已報海關已報海關已報海關已報海關祝生意興隆 continue reading

路过几次,觉得装修比较简单的店(但环境卫生干净),能生存那么久(后来才知道已经开了60多年),应该有两把刷子。叫了一个豆腐鱼腩煲($105),一上菜很香,特别有很香的料酒味,鱼腩很新鲜好吃,炸粉分量适中不厚,豆腐也很好吃,份量很足,整个煲很好吃,非常推荐。点了一锅例汤($75),份量有平时一锅雪菜肉丝米线那么大,是青红萝卜瘦肉汤,加了果皮和姜吊味,让味道很好,用料很足,我们汤料也吃了很多。和西营盘的华叔海鲜饭店都是宝藏小店。 continue reading

慶祝國慶假期約家人食飯 , 大哥話這間店食評好好 , 就試一下, 點知中晒招 話說訂了六點八位 , 因有三人缺席 , 去到跟老闆娘說改為五位 , 已見老闆娘面色一變 , 只回應一句:坐啦因可能店內空無一人 , 門口位部冷氣可能未開 , 要求開把風扇 , 只回應一句: 自己開啦 , 態度非常惡劣之後可能覺得我地張枱太大 , 強行轉張入面細枱給我 , 算數 , 接受 , 但入面部冷氣勁風凍到震 , 坐20分鐘頂唔順要求關細風態度非常惡劣的老闆娘就說: 熱你又話熱 , 凍你又話凍, 係甘架啦 , 無得調較上菜先經典 , 原來間店只有一位廚師 , 等了又等 , 又餓又凍 , 又唔敢追( 驚加料) , 我理解香港人點解要返大陸消費 , 跟本兩個世界最後 , 食品不用提 , 一定沒有下次 , 講完! continue reading

朋友話冇嚟西營盤成10年,以前住喺喥佢都會喺兄弟記食Lunch嘅。今日突然心血來潮,約三條菇嚟尋找回憶中嘅味道,咁就奉陪到底啦!我哋去到兄弟記都夜晚8:45,估唔到都幾多人,氣氛熱鬧嘅街坊小店。一坐低緊係叫返支啤酒先啦!真係唔知點解,放工飲嘅啤酒係特別好味,仲要今日係星期五,爽呀喂!椒鹽鮮魷,比起其他飯店,佢加咗啲蔥同洋蔥,食落香口得嚟,鮮魷大件,粉漿又薄,係唔錯㗎!估唔到碟小炒王咁有驚喜,裡面有我鍾意嘅雞腎,脆口嘅蝦乾,仲有少見嘅橄欖菜,唔錯唔錯!送酒一流 continue reading
