朋友食開生酮餐,所以我哋去左BuBu燒麻辣燙食港式串燒。叫咗以下菜式。雞軟骨串燒:佢嘅雞軟骨唔係平時細細粒嗰種,而係長身既。有啲似我哋平時食雞胸肉有個雞軟骨位嗰個部份,幾特別。黑椒台灣腸串燒:甜甜地嘅台灣腸,再加埋黑椒味喺入邊。好入惹味,而且一啲都唔乾身。韭菜串燒:韭菜串燒最驚就係食到成口渣。好彩佢呢個唔老。而且燒嘅時間啱啱好,燒完都保持翠綠。雞中翼串燒:雞中翼燒得金黃,肉質Juicy。豬頸肉串燒:呢個推薦大家一定要食。好厚身嘅豬頸肉,咬落好彈牙,肉汁豐富。燴魷魚一份:職員幫我哋剪開左做一塊塊,可以慢慢一路傾一路食。燒扇貝兩隻:扇貝加咗蒜蓉落去一齊燒。而且扇貝Overcook, 易咬開,並且保留到肉汁。生炸雞髀:雞髀好大隻。調味啱啱好,唔會過鹹。郊外油菜:職員好細心咁,幫我哋蠔油分上。今晚嘅油菜係生菜,生菜爽脆鮮嫩。王老吉,維他菊花茶:食串燒係必須要配嘢飲。我哋叫咗比較清熱嘅菊花茶同埋王老吉,感覺健康啲。第一次嚟呢間舖頭,覺得職員好細心,可以從佢哋燒出嚟食物嘅質素睇得出。 continue reading
