去完PMQ睇展覽，行番去soho食晚餐經過burger circus，見裝修幾特別，好似置身懷舊火車車箱咁，就入去食burger嗌左classic burger同american cheeseburger, 牛肉好juicy多汁，american cheeseburger 比classic個款味道再濃d, 適合重口味人士😂我地嗌左一個set, 有埋薯條同passion fruit pineapple soda, 薯條好新鮮，即炸，而且係最原始既紐紋薯條🍟加埋大大樣ketch up係隔離,正正！passion fruit pineapple soda味道唔太甜，兩樣生果配搭幾清新！另一杯嗌左milkshakes, 朱古力味夠濃，而且好大杯好飽。

走進時光好隧道，去琴依間一世紀前既火車🚂上面。成間店面積唔大，帶8張唔同大細既餐桌，重有不排排既木椅。成個設計都好old school 🚂🚂🚂,同好細心，有台燈，重有放行理既行理架。侍應方面，好多都係外國人👨🏻，整齊既一身白色制服，感覺好專業。食物價錢都幾高，🍔做緊$78以上，我台上個個就$95，味道一般，$30有薯條🍟，$50有薯圈，味道正常。泥到依度好簡單，好舒服，雖然野食種類唔多，但係個環境我比好高分💕

套餐選擇唔算多，我選擇左Deluxe配薯條同自家製可樂～一心以為外賣會差好多，點知送到黎薯條重又熱又脆～粗薯條嘅關係，咬落去外脆內軟，真係啖啖薯蓉，好好味佢嘅homemade可樂原來同檸茶差唔多，搞到我地要試哂味先知哩杯係可樂味道有點點酸，有點點薑味咁，又似以前食過四洲個隻有氣可樂糖，幾特別嘅，可以試下洋蔥圈較硬，粉有點厚，洋蔥味不重，都係薯條好味啲～漢堡一直都令人滿意，5oz beef patty肉質比較實淨，我覺得bacon, savory onion, Wisconsin cheddar, Circus sauce太豐富，所以其實唔太食到牛味，但一樣咁好味之前食過CLASSIC，今次DELUXE，下次試DOUBLE先，因為佢啲芝士好好味～～～

呢度係中環蘇豪區入面細細既一間舖裝修得有啲似美國小鎮上一款舊食店幾有feel有面窗位 有正常枱 有卡位侍應廚師都係鬼佬 入到去就熱情招待你坐底叫個普通芝士漢堡98幾貴等左20分鐘都未上我同侍應投訴 先上比我個包黎到用紙盒裝住 啲包仲係挺身唔會淋晒牛肉超香 咬落唔會好乾或者硬同洋蔥配搭一流芝士融得啱啱好 同番茄成件事好Match個包係好食 但係價錢都幾貴 質素同老麥貴價漢堡差唔多食完唔食薯條真係未必夠飽我呢啲平民下次都係食番老麥算

Not sure what the hype was about but I don’t think burger was that good at Burger Circus. The milkshake was refreshing though. Not too thick not too watery.On menu it mentioned burgers would be done medium. Mine was literally well done. Service was mediocre and the guy who served me wasn’t friendly at all. The girls were much cheerful.I ordered a Deluxe burger, a fries and a chocolate milkshake. It set me back $209 including service charge.

第三次食burger circus 了，今次同朋友去完大館，就帶佢黎食在樓上的天橋已經聞到佢既香味係塊beef patty 既香味！！令人想即刻跑落去食可惜，卡位冇哂，局住坐窗口位，真係唔好坐，張凳仲要係唔平衡，我坐得好辛苦，好似郁下都會跌同友人每人叫左一個classic burger, 除左一塊beef patty, 仲有生菜，酸瓜，蕃茄，醬汁牛肉唔洗講當然係好juicy !加上蔬菜醬汁，一啖咬落去，正呀不過burger size 唔大個，女仔食都只係岩岩好叫做飽

去完AIA，打算在附近找餐廳，那時候我突然好想吃漢堡，隨便找了一家日式的漢堡店店，可是當天可能因為是1月1日，那家店卻關門了。一路沿著Soho區附近走，卻意外地碰到這家美式漢堡店，看看店內的裝潢，令人感覺置身在外國的小店裡，好有旅行的感覺，隨便在店裡拍張照，然後加上instagram內置的New York Filter，整個畫面真的很有美國特色。至於食物方面，也頗有驚喜的。整體而言，食物水準不錯，這次我們點了Deluxe Burger、Fish Burger和一份薯條。先算薯條好了，比起IFC的Shake Shack，這裡的薯條好吃得多，能夠做到外脆內軟的口感，亦能嚐到這是新鮮現炸的，而且有點像在茶餐廳裡伴著炸雞脾的波浪形粗身薯條，而且我也很喜歡他們的茄汁，是HEINZ的茄汁，味道偏甜。至於兩個漢堡包，我吃的是魚柳包，價錢大概可以買到麥當勞十個魚柳包吧。然而，無論是材料還是醬汁，當然比麥當勞水準高很多。魚柳偏大塊，而且炸槳不會過厚，剛剛好，肉質鮮甜也不會乾，比較欣賞這個他他醬，平時我吃麥當勞的魚柳包一定會走醬的，而這個醬卻能帶出魚柳的鮮味，但由於本人不太喜歡酸，這個醬對我來說也有點偏酸

Love the vibes here- it’s like walking into an real American dîner in the States! Came here with my two colleagues and we all like here. Burger is soooo great, meat is juicy! The only thing to complain is their coke, it’s not Coca Cola, haha! Try their smoothies it’s a lot better!

這天和2位舊同事一齊吃晚飯, 共同在中環上班當然選擇中環找吃. 中環半山區一條橫街的餐館很多也賞試了. 今次順道來這間未去過的漢堡店. 由於不吃牛的關係, 所以我每次吃漢堡也有點頭痛, 看看餐牌這間漢堡店竟然有素漢堡, 真的很適合我. VEGGIE BURGER --- 起初以為素漢堡只有些蔬菜蕃茄零零碎碎夾在包內. 但他做了一個素漢堡扒, 咬下很有質感. 配上蛋黃醬很美味, 加上套餐有配薯條, 非常飽肚.

But still really good though and always takes me back to the first time I had a really decent cheeseburger in America when I was in college!
