今天食咗個慢煮雞胸,原本想食非常好吃的pizza ,可惜賣晒,咁試吓雞胸肉,原本不想食雞胸,因為其他餐廳的雞胸多數''鞋"口。我吃了一口後,嘩!味道一流,C2KITCHEN 雞胸非常之嫩滑,簡直喜出望外! 魚也很鮮甜,我們兩人埋單才一百多元,值得一試再試! 食得出他們的廚師是很用心去煮好每道食物! 還有其他肉類、意粉、甜品…都值得一試。C2KITCHEN 開的分店在深水埗附近,C2LAB ~原本想試吓,但太多人我又無訂位,仲未試到新店美食,過對佢有信心,一定會令人失望,努力呀大廚們,推出多些新鮮美食給為食客人啊!

就特登抽時間過黎試下佢,

今次有點overcook左,似7成熟 ,所以有點嚡。不過我欣賞佢嘅黑松露燒汁,唔會太搶牛扒嘅碳燒味,又唔似黑椒汁咁辣咁霸道,燒汁里有少少黑松露味,所以其實好夾。而且個配菜都好出色,鐘意個燒薯仔同沙律,真係去左不少油膩感。

至於呢個冬陰功意粉,冬陰公味唔算好濃,食耐啲先至會有少少冬陰功味,反而蕃茄味重好多。


不過要留意番佢哋呢隻唔係手工意粉,只係普通嘅意粉,我地以為喺得menu到都係手工意粉,所以嗌咗先知原來嗌錯咗🤣如果一心想嚟食手工意粉嘅朋友就記得問清楚店員先🥺

另外跟餐仲包咗一杯野飲,我地就揀咗水蜜桃檸檬菊花茶,原本諗住嗌一杯fresh啲嘅野飲,但呢杯無想像中咁fresh🤣反而菊花味好重,重得黎帶有少少澀味,未必個個人都鍾意🙈

總括嚟講呢一間以呢個價嚟講CP值都幾高嘅👍🏻佢地主打嘅手工意粉唔會太厚身,而且份量都唔少,一定食得飽😋如果口感可以再彈牙啲就更加完美🤤

餐廳座落在人煙不算稠密的街道上,從長沙灣港鐵站大概要步行5分鐘才到。鄰近樂年花園附近。室內裝修十分普通,不算十分華麗。是一間以實力為主的餐廳。餐牌上的主食可以跟餐,也有一個廚師推介的。跟餐有湯和飲料。餐湯是蟹肉忌廉粟米湯,真的是有真蟹肉來。再來主菜今次食黑松露燒雞,本身以為是很大隻,原來只係法國春雞來。雞肉入口香及嫩滑,而且燒得十分香口。黑松露一點也不hea,是幾乎整隻雞都有。另外朋友點的黑毛豬扒十分出色,入口超多汁,幾乎噴了出來。價錢屬於中位,但相當滿意。看客人絡繹不絕的進來,就知口碑相當好。也有看到應該有些是街坊常客和店員都有交談,看似與鄰近街坊不錯,人情味甚濃。這些都是大街店舖難以做到的。

朋友推介這間餐廳的意粉,故意約我來試試。我進入餐廳除感覺整間餐廳整潔舒適外,午餐價單也相對地便宜。午餐包括沙律、餐湯、主菜和飲品,沙律、餐湯和飲品沒有什麽特色,不過真的值得推薦是主菜那碟手工意粉,雖然我那碟的茄醬不夠多汁、不夠茄酸及茄鮮,但意粉的材質吃上去十分煙韌,這餐令我十分滿意。

疫情期間好少出門,今日破例朋友邀請,飛的過嚟呢間什麼kitchen,因為唔近地鐵站,一入到去侍應叫我企喺度唔好郁,揸住支類似手槍⋯⋯向我開咗幾槍,應該冇發燒🤒️見佢都冇望我,講返重點叫咗個牛扒餐應該唔會差,其他朋友都有叫漢堡包,Pizza,意大利飯,男士應服務態度有少少問題,本人一睇就知係好瘦削,佢話我做咩事一個人錯兩張凳,叫我坐入少少,前後講咗兩次即係話我肥啫,唔緊要我乖乖就範牛扒冇問我幾成熟,食落去比較筋,牛扒太鹹,什麼酸醋燒汁冇味,完全同個名好大出入,所以賣唔起價錢,整體兩個字形容:失敗。望個朋友個漢堡包🍔賣相完全係失望,M記最平嗰個包都好過佢賣相。嚴格來講建議(關門)唔好浪費大家時間,無論鋪面裝修,員工要求,食物質素,一個字形容:差。已經盡晒力啦用我部iPhone張相影到靚啲嘅。

加多$10叫嘅熱情果菠蘿星星梳打,依個非常普通。

不過有點小插曲,就係我地碟意粉俾左隔離個檯,我見隔離檯影下相咁,隔左一陣先同侍應講話黎錯左。咁侍應即check單同拎返入廚房,隔左一分鐘就拎返依碟俾我地啦。係依家痠情咁嚴峻下,唔會知隔離檯有冇飛抹噴到自己碟野,所以其實都幾擔心嫁,希望侍應下次可以醒目少少啦。

加埋一食左$233,價錢其實都幾抵,出貨可能會慢左少少,同埋得一個侍應,所以佢一腳踢會辛苦少少,如果漏單就要提醒下佢。

主角一出場啦,雞柳西蘭花黑松露忌廉汁尖通粉($52),上碟就唔算十分精美,主要都係見到長通粉,餸亦都唔多。但一摷起呢,就發現原來下面勁多汁,黑松露味超香撲鼻而來😍,完全估唔到。通粉好彈牙,口感QQ的,唔係平日食開偏淋嗰種,唔錯唔錯。不過我認為雞柳🐔同西蘭花🥦可以多啲,依加有點美中不足。

好快就到主角二出場喇,香煎挪威三文魚扒蕃茄牛油汁配薯角($78),呢個係其中一款是日午餐嚟,見唔係咁多餐廳有煎三文魚食🐟,所以就試下,其實見隔離枱嗌牛扒都幾吸引!一上枱就發覺無叫錯,午餐用木盤送上,勁厚肉大嚿嘅三文魚上面淋上蕃茄牛油汁,望見已經好想食😋。首先三文魚外皮邊邊煎到好脆好香,而魚肉就好滑好嫩但又唔會腥,保持到好juicy,勁高質!份量超多,魚扒勁大塊勁厚。至於個汁,唔係想像中嘅蕃茄酸🍅,反而係甜甜哋又重香草味,令我聯想起pizza,另外仲搭配咗啲菇。最後伴碟嘅薯角熱辣辣亦都好正,同時呢個set仲有啲前菜嘅沙律😂。

食完午餐已經好飽飽好滿足,不過仲包餐飲,我哋分別叫咗秋日特飲🍁,唔使加錢。朋友要咗熱生薑菊花蜜,佢話夠哂薑,幾潤。我就要咗冰凍薄荷鮮檸蜜,我完全估唔到杯嘢勁綠色🙈,好吸睛。第一啖飲覺得味道好複雜,好似試飲緊有乜成份,但飲落其實都ok的,係有薄荷同檸蜜味,不過原來我嗰杯都有薑,又係夠哂薑味,正,飲完喉嚨熱騰騰🤪。

總括嚟講,呢間西餐廳喺內街都擁有咁高人氣唔係無原因的,皆因食物好味,煎三文魚扒真係超高質啊🤤!餐廳以西餐來講其實都算性價比高,當然喺深水埗區就唔係至抵之選。我下次嚟想試多幾款pasta,今次剩係食咗長通粉,畢竟呢到出名嘛。除咗鹹食外,仲見到有個甜品menu,有好多款都好想食啊,下次又要試埋。最後想講埋服務方面,樓面店員主要有2位,點餐送餐一腳踢,好忙但都有禮貌,不過如果可以有多點笑容就更好啦😃。題外話,我仲見到餐廳有賣好多手工啤酒🍻,放工嚟happy hour亦係一個唔錯嘅選擇!用心小店,加油💪。

一直都很喜歡尋找不同款式的餐廳,這次在網上看到有位名人在網絡上介紹這間位於深水埗的西餐廳,推介他們的手製意粉,也提及可以以很經濟的價錢享用高質的食品。聽到這推介,就很快相約了男朋友到這餐廳試試!由於當時快到聖誕節,到處的聖誕氣氛也很濃,大家都紛紛到外面預祝聖誕。等候的人也不少,我們大概等了30分鐘才能入座。店內的員工不多,看得出有點忙亂。我們就點了在網上被推介的溫泉蛋卡邦尼扁意粉沙律,三文魚pizza和水牛城雞翼。所有食品的價錢真的不貴,但可能我有點期待的關係,覺得推介的意粉並沒有太大的特式,味道偏淡。但以這個價錢($45)來說已是不錯。三文魚pizza不錯,熱呼呼的,芝士也很香。整體來說也是可接受的,如經過深水埗也可以再試試!😊
