愉景灣酒店Sunday Brunch, 並非一般酒店 brunch, 總對係one of the best, if not the best. 主題係任食魚子醬😱 ,而且係比得非常慷慨,一啲都唔孤寒。魚生超新鮮,重點有toro, 帶子, 蝦。凍海鮮有鮑魚,阿拉斯加蟹腳,蟶子,番薯蜆,蝦,原隻蟹等等。熟食有煎鵝肝,冬菇原隻鮑魚,羊架,燒牛肉另外每人重有半隻牛油芝士燒龍蝦,以及每星期都唔同嘅chef special plate, 今次係花膠扒雲吞湯,花膠扒極大塊,食完感覺到骨膠原充滿全身。環境亦都好舒服,就算全場坐滿,一啲都唔迫,都唔會覺得好多人攞唔到嘢食,值得一讚。而且呢種天氣,戶外座位非常舒服,有海風,又有太陽傘遮蔭,唔會覺得凍。室內位置好似已經爆到3月16號啦,有興趣可以打去問吓戶外仲有冇位。大人$788,小童$288,已經包括free flow鮮榨果汁以及咖啡茶,+$200重有free flow香檳,紅白酒,sake,啤酒🍻
