To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 糧尾平平地食個大家樂午餐，簡左每日抵食午餐，有牛扒🥩加兩條腸仔，連一杯熱飲（唔洗加錢）我以為塊牛扒會好細塊同埋韌，點知塊牛扒有手掌咁大塊，只係薄切，味道唔會太咸。腸仔就反而無乜味。$40一個午餐要求唔多算合格🫣

年30晚在家食飯叫了大家樂的12人份盆菜，加鴨絲羹，收$1100左右，盆菜啲鮑魚、西蘭花和蝦是分開放的，需要自己放返上盆，還有放盆菜的上湯。因為訂的是12人份的盆菜，所以以為鴨絲羹會一樣多，不過原來不是的，下次要細心睇清楚份量，放晒啲蝦、鮑魚和西蘭花上盆菜度，樣子好靚，又大又豐富的樣子，開火前，我哋落左啲湯落去，一陣就滾瀉出來了，不能落太多，到食的時候，發現啲蝦好多都霉左，唔好食，其他食物就ok，全都好味唔差，係蝦真係差左啲，今次真係有少少失望，不過因為佢又平又近，下次或會再俾機會吧～

每次用Mobile order落單，一落到大家樂個餐已經準備好，而且食物仲會用保溫蓋覆蓋，做法好細心。今次嗌咗個菠蘿咕嚕飯食，老火湯配凍檸茶。典型係屋企唔想煮飯，又唔想出去食貴嘢。一個人嚟講份量好足夠，主菜肉類超多，反而菠蘿比較少，醬汁味道酸酸地好開胃。但比較無奈嘅係，呢度啲中老年男人好鍾意搭枱，10次有8次都係咁，明明場內仲有其他乾淨吉枱都要坐過嚟。我知道唔關大家樂事，啲中老年男人有咁嘅癖好大家都冇辦法。如果坐唔到單人枱，唯有快快脆脆食完飯即刻走。
