To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 返夜校之前食個茶餐，呢個時間周圍都冇乜人，有好多空凳坐得好舒服但係就要留意一下餐廳嘅位置因為佢同一粥麵一齊用同一個空間，喺出面買完飛，但係要經過一粥麵先去到大家樂坐嘅位置我傻更更喺一粥麵等左好耐都未等到嘢食🤣今日叫咗台式麵線 + 紅油抄手原來個台式麵線係辣嘅紅油抄手，有三粒食物味道不過不失麵線偏鹹，建議加杯嘢飲，可以幫手解辣添！一個女孩子就夠食，但係價錢唔係話好化算熱菜蜜偏甜，建議提早講少甜，最後冇飲哂，因為偏甜

大家樂有個下午茶餐28蚊咋，有半個奶油豬，雪菜肉絲米粉同埋一杯紅豆冰，以價錢及份量來衡量，都算抵食，但奶油豬不夠脆，米粉嚡熠熠，最好味是紅豆冰，紅豆又多又腍，而且甜度適中。

懶煮飯有好多方法可以彌補😂今日屋企人去打針，所以無煮飯。一直都有聽大家樂有得叫餸，3個都係$105😋 今日就試吓好無食先😋 $105叫咗滑蛋粟米魚塊、柚子香檸雞、叉燒拼切雞，加咗$15有兩嗰白飯、兩碗糖水同一個菜🤔 因為想飲啖湯嘅關係，所以原價嗌咗個菠蘿咕嚕肉($57)，有飯有湯有普洱茶😆先講飯🍚 見到嗰樣都唔太想食，啲飯好硒，所以返到屋企再蒸返熱先😂 讚嘅係香檸雞嗰汁做得幾好🥳 今日嗰油雞都高水準👍🏻 但所有嘢總括嚟講都多咗炸粉，但呢嗰價錢味道算好唔錯😆 到碗湯(粉葛赤小豆煲唐排)，湯係好飲，仲好”足料”，成碗得三分之一係湯，其他都係湯渣嚟😅順帶一提，用八達通俾錢🤌🏻仲有9折

今天到大家樂吃咖喱魚柳飯，魚柳好像很大塊，但是比較薄， 沒有魚。咖哩味道微辣，算好吃，全靠咖喱汁提升此餐，價錢相當抵吃，只需$43。環境不錯，地方非常大，不用等位。
