To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 看到電視廣告話新出鰻魚雞扒焗飯,標榜保證有半條鰻魚便立刻去堂食試一試。嚟到見到條鰻魚,只有大約一隻手指公咁長,仲要厚度得一兩cm都唔夠。而條鰻魚本身已經係整到好乾,就算用刀切都好似切豬扒力度先可以斷開。鰻魚本身好硬,有骨,好腥。10分滿分一定只係零分。從來未食過咁難食嘅鰻魚。另外雞扒係一貫大家樂嘅出品,乾噌噌,但相對比起條鰻魚已經算係咁。唔好話人點解成日北上消費,作為一間香港大快餐店竟然可以出這種食品給客人簡直是羞恥。
