To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. 因此,那次就到來這間彩雲邨的意樂試過晚餐。這次到友人在牛池灣的新居作客,還以為她介紹什麼餐廳,竟然有焗飯那麼出色,之後發現原來是意樂
焗飯,一邊是蕃茄豬扒,蕃茄拿來焗飯,豬扒有弄得挺軟,不太鞋;令一邊的白汁雞扒,白汁之中還有點薯蓉,用來拌飯相當之可口,雞扒竟然有兩塊之多,亦都是相當之嫩滑。
另外它的凍檸茶也值得讚賞,雖然妻子的熱飲有三份一杯倒瀉了,但我的凍檸茶,竟然發現不到有檸檬,但茶味亦都有點檸檬味,可以想像到是店方先為客人戳了檸檬,檸味酸香香,茶味濃郁。
另外叫多咗份芝士焗西蘭花同水牛城雞翼,好意外尼兩份食物邊左嗰餐嘅主角。
芝士焗西蘭花平平無奇,而水牛城雞翼夠辣
,隻隻雞翼都好有肉地同多肉汁,會返叫。
不過總結尼餐真係失望大於驚喜,如果本身真係會落芫荽煮嘅希望餐廳會改良吓個食譜,因為個長通粉真係好難食
今日下午茶在意樂食咗豬扒腸麵,腸仔唔咸,朱扒入味,難得麵又滑,湯底是有做過處理,很香呀!
另外我叫了檸檬水作為飲品,但係我在杯內找不到檸檬,原因是大㕑將檸檬渣汁再加水,很特別呀!
平日中午好多學生光顧,等咗10分鐘有位,餐廳兩邊係4位卡座,中間直通餐廳係兩行相連有間隔2位卡座,簡單餐牌分早餐、午餐,下午茶、晚餐、特別推介,幾塊餐牌,餐枱椅算清潔乾淨,見仕應生,清理枱後會噴消潔劑抹枱。
食物選項不多,各有所好就點咗,美國安格斯牛扒定食$67,蒜香猪扒滑蛋蓋飯$52,慢煮秘製咖喱焗牛腩飯$56,煙肉卡邦尼扁意粉$50,餐跟是日餐湯或茶啡。
幾款食物賣相ok,各人食後感,牛扒冇用鬆肉粉,煎到半熟唔(鞋)有咬口配自選汁醬,咖喱腩欠少少水候,十分有咬口,慢煮應該淋身D,味道不錯中辣,豬扒鬆化蛋滑溜蒜汁香口,卡邦尼粉仔,條條粉都沾到汁醬,呢餐大家都滿意,一定會再光顧試其他出品。

先講小食 柚子味雞翼 雞翼係啱啱炸起 外脆內軟
柚子味應該係柚子蜜糖漿淋上去 比出邊嘅柚子味雞翼比較重口味 但$9兩隻來說非常抵
法式田螺 薯蓉正常 唔會凍咗變硬身 同花園餐廳嘅田螺味道一模一樣
下午茶鰻魚丼飯 鰻魚有少少骨 比較細塊 但飯上有好多汁 就算食晒鰻魚都好易撈飯 蛋唔流心既 即係恰蛋
燒汁烤雞焗飯 正正常常飯量比較多 但賣相麻麻
利賓納啫喱冰 純粹加咗蘆薈啫喱落去 但的確幾好飲
檸檬茶就有驚喜 係預先廚房會幫你整好檸檬 出嚟嘅就係一杯有檸檬味嘅凍冰茶
順帶一提佢哋嘅下午茶我見到唔同嘅餐嘅賣相都非常之好 令人好想試唔同嘅下午茶餐 喺連鎖餐廳來講擺放得幾好
,估唔到影相咁上鏡,價錢37元,再送杯飲品,都算幾抵食。飲品我㨂左碗白湯,如果再加多十蚊就係黑松露白湯,我無加十蚊呀,加左應該好香。
