To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 呢間嘅早餐時段㡳火去到11:30的，而好多街彷都會在接近11:00嘅時間去拎飛等位，基本上大家拎咗飛就有先後次序，而呢間比較特別嘅係2人都會安排坐去4人卡位，但安排入座果個員工簡直係亂咁分派位置！通常呢類2-4人都會安排4人卡位的餐廳都係睇哂啲飛號碼以先到先入嘅原則安排入座，但呢度派位嘅員工最一絕嘅係，就算㩒3-4人飛嘅果位㩒咗飛1分鐘，而2人飛已經派咗接近10張飛，等咗超過20分鐘，佢都係安排個拎咗飛1分鐘嘅‘所謂3人，實為2人嘅入座！而最瘋狂嘅係2人飛可以唔睇機亂安捸人入座！明明有個2人嘅10號飛等緊下一張枱入座，但個員工可以唔叫敯碼直接安排個拎17號飛嘅2人先入座！要食呢間？真係要三思！

有兩款新飲品不用加錢便可以飲凍飲所以試下草莓茉莉茶 和紅石榴茉莉茶飲完之後嘻嘻我下次都係會繼續飲返我嘅利賓納啫利冰冰或者凍檸茶小冰小甜長棍西蘭花bb爽脆嫩嫩的，味道幾好沒有臭青味就是油太多，一咬落去個個花嗰度立即成口油這個燒雞飯半隻燒春雞配白飯 做緊特價68元性價比高隻雞燒得香噴噴味道唔錯可是今晚啲飯硬咗少少豬骨湯海鮮拉麵安全之選面底好多食極都食唔完 不過啲紅蘿蔔太生了，很硬油鴨肶管意粉意粉粗粗的中間就好似飲管一樣很有趣亦都非常飽肚雞肉管意粉龍蝦汁意大利飯這個真是有進步的空間 首先龍蝦汁太淡了另外唔夠creamy 因為成功的意大利飯應該是每粒飯都掛上厚厚的醬汁以上的似龍蝦湯泡飯多過龍蝦汁意大利飯

同小朋友上完興趣班，就去新都城二期搵食，小朋友因為上次食咗意樂餐廳覺得好味，於是再帶我去食多一次。去到餐廳見到有空位，於是就直接入餐廳坐低叫嘢食，我哋叫咗個日式肥牛炒烏冬（走青），同埋一個洋蔥牛肉流心蛋飯，加咗一杯雪糕紅豆冰，午餐嚟講都算經濟實惠，但食物質素有進步空間，希望下次嚟食會有改善。日式肥牛炒烏冬（走青） - 睇落賣相OK，聞落去味道都好香，但個餐冇走青，食落原來仲有一浸燶味洋蔥牛肉流心蛋飯 - 有好多洋蔥同牛肉，小朋友鍾意食，加上流心蛋，幫呢個飯加返啲分

今日1月13日，晚上，3位，在新都城意樂叫火鍋加長通粉，廚房唔睇單，火鍋比漏一碟牛肉，叫左3個同事先拎到出來，每一位都來問有咩事可幫忙，講完，又跟唔到，唔通係part-time ?又講吓湯底，叫左龍蝦湯，變左意大利蕃茄湯，經理+收銀死口話係龍蝦湯係加左蕃茄，又加左芝士，係有d白，係咁樣既紅色，明眼人一睇都知龍蝦湯係橙色架啦。睜大眼睛說謊話，老花定眼矇？少事化事，發現進餐時，其他枱叫火鍋都懶野，錯單，漏單，難道廚房又part-time ?完全無heart 工作態度。如果唔夠人，可以管理層不加新菜式，做好拿手菜，伙計唔用心，多款都無用。大家都有選擇，大家想清楚先嚟食。
