Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. 最近喺太和發現咗一間隱世韓國餐廳,叫做「Cafe 首爾」,呢度嘅食物唔單止好味,價錢更加係超平,性價比高到唔信!呢次我叫咗無骨蜜糖醬油炸雞、傳統紫菜飯同韓式粉絲,等我分享下呢次嘅體驗啦!🐔無骨蜜糖醬油炸雞 $85呢道炸雞真係令人無法抗拒!雞肉外層炸得金黃酥脆,口感非常爽脆,每一啖都感受到嗰層薄薄嘅脆皮,裏面嘅雞肉仲保持住多汁嫩滑。蜜糖醬油嘅甜味同鹹香完美結合,醬汁唔會過多,啱啱好包住喺雞塊表面,每一啖都係幸福嘅滋味。再加上撒喺表面嘅白芝麻,增添咗香氣同口感,真係一個試過就返唔到轉頭嘅美食!🍙傳統紫菜飯 $48呢盤紫菜飯真係令我有種返到首爾街頭嘅感覺。紫菜包住醋飯,內餡豐富,有火腿、蛋條、菠菜、蟹柳同埋醃黃瓜,口感層次豐富。每一啖都有唔同嘅驚喜,酸甜嘅醋飯同鹹香嘅內餡搭配得非常和諧。特別係蒜味同芝麻嘅香氣喺口中久久唔散,呢道紫菜飯真係無論單食定係搭配其他菜式都非常百搭。🍜韓式粉絲 $53呢道韓式粉絲係我呢餐嘅另一個亮點!粉絲嘅質感Q彈,非常入味,而且唔會因為吸收咗醬汁而變得軟爛。入面搭配咗薄切牛肉、菠菜同埋胡蘿蔔絲,味道非常豐富。醬料嘅味道偏甜,但又唔會搶咗食材本身嘅鮮味。食嘅時候感覺每一條粉絲都吸收咗滿滿嘅醬汁,再加埋芝麻嘅點綴,令成道菜更加香氣撲鼻。總結嚟講,「Cafe 首爾」真係一間非常值得推薦嘅韓國餐廳,無論係味道定係價錢都令人滿意。下次再嚟太和嘅話,呢度無疑會係我嘅首選!💯Cafe首爾地址: 大埔翠怡街3號翠怡花園B座地下8號舖 continue reading

本來計劃去街市世記走轉,奈何居然落雨唯有轉去首爾登陸,黃昏的早餐完成。人家專登想黎食秋刀魚,竟被取消了﹗十分慳電兼環保,關掉冷氣及音樂,熱熱侷侷靜蠅蠅,極具深圳風。沒有阿豬媽只有陸大媽,尋找阿豬媽,換來全部都是陸大媽。第 2 次幫襯,第 1 次已經係 7 年前。說好的阿豬媽呢? 首次遇到真正阿豬媽主廚,緣份到!侍應陸大媽講廣東話、廚房阿豬媽都講廣東話,偏偏兩個香港學生妹要係度講國語?學校規定著住校服只可以講國語嗎?泡菜,食落正常,但聞落有股難受宿味。大豆芽,少少爽脆少少汁,再肥美一點更高興。個個韓妹都苗條動人,我都食多點泡菜先得!到底是否任食泡菜大豆芽呢?韓式海鮮豆醬湯鍋,吱吱喳喳冒著煙送到,滾到燙嘴照飲可也,越熱越快樂﹗淺嚐一口使人懷念的味道,多年前韓遊的感覺及畫面出晒黎﹗用料豐富無欺場無偷工減料,脆肉瓜、蘿蔔、薯仔、魷魚、海蝦、沙蜆、豆腐、青椒、等等。豆醬味香濃滋味,越飲越起勁﹗落點白飯索索湯立即起動﹗黏黏飽滿的飯粒吸盡湯汁,滾燙灌入肚仔暖笠笠舒服極了﹗發現美味的秘密﹗黑色肯定唔係我,我灰色頭髮的,好彩我眼利係密密白飯中拔出來。香煎蔬菜餅,感覺多星期無食過菜,試試蔬菜餅吧﹗滿以為係日式天婦羅雜菜餅,誰知係客家韮菜甘筍魷魚薄罉,幸好味道還算討好。微脆金黃的薄脆,濕潤嚥韌的麵團,包著爽甜的韮菜甘筍絲。乜都夾泡菜一齊食,味道竟然同帶甜蔬菜餅完全唔夾。韓式辣泡豆腐湯,慢工出細貨,真的超高溫﹗就連豆腐都內外熾熱,小心燙到起水泡啊!最愛滑豆腐﹗用辣湯盛著再夾著爽泡菜及飽滿飯粒,開心暢快。突然感覺十分健康,多多泡菜幾塊豆腐加一丁點的肉碎,多菜少肉。正宗食法係將飯落湯,唔係將湯落飯!頭幾啖湯有點淡但越食越濃越刺激。蔘雞湯,滾熱辣噴著煙鬼哭神號地登場﹗只有啡色蔘鬚幾條,唔係一條白蔘嗎?我喜歡整條白蔘咬的呢﹗煲湯雞肉霉鞋爛碎實屬正常。湯底甘香有雞肉味外還隱約有點點蔘味,雞湯特濃香甜,以白飯代替糯米,有別於傳統蔘雞湯。用上白飯份量剛剛好,不像糯米般膩,全部消滅無得留低,連一滴湯都無剩。飲完全身內外暖笠笠好幸福﹗昆布湯,我生日嗎?送我昆布湯,多謝多謝。魚湯味道,似鰹魚粉清淡而舒服。燒鯖魚,首次遇到擺盤係魚肉向上而魚皮向下的,十分創新有諗頭﹗似足成條一夜乾又似豆豉鯪魚,幸好微暖香脆魚味濃,天生魚油香甜,魚肉結實。賣相單調悶悶,如果用青花瓷長方碟加棵番茜即時靚晒。咸鮮魚味濃送飯一流,居然配山葵咸豉油而不是果醋?太陽蛋泡菜炒飯,沒有期望的泡菜炒飯,實物竟比餐牌上照片靚仔吸引百倍不只有泡菜,仲有豬肉魷魚紫菜芝士!起初還以為係魚春,食完先知係芝士,我真係太掛住魚春了﹗珍珠米飽滿嚥韌乾爽,顏色染得均勻,芝士粉甘香,有肉有菜夾雜其中,辣度溫柔帶甜。配大豆芽清爽,配泡菜惹味多汁酸辣醒神,同樣一流﹗太陽蛋拌炒飯永恆的伙伴,合拍得天衣無縫。韓式豬手,預計之外的美味可口﹗瘦肉鬆化、豬皮膠黏、清新豉油香﹗搭埋泡菜齊齊趙十足泰式豬手,酸酸甜甜更加醒胃,好想要碗白飯撈呢﹗太陽蛋咖哩牛肉拉麵,蛋白焗到老老的,鞋鞋的皮又硬又韌,膠感十足。仲以為會辛辣麵,點知係韓式扁拉麵,沒什麼味道,有點漿有點黏的質地,掛著淡口咖哩湯唔難食,但腦內閃過唔想食的衝動,想掉低放棄。韓式菜肉餃,扁扁平平不豐滿不脹卜卜,要更多菜才會更甜更多汁啊﹗現在只有悶悶的味道。香腸泡菜拉麵,極高溫滾燙,連我飲慣滾油都放不到落口,真係要等一等降點溫才能享用。耐心地吹凍一點才能狠狠地暢快地吸啜﹗辛辣湯汁濃濃刺激,麵條嚥韌帶彈,夾著普通腸仔、夾著酸爽泡菜,同樣滿意非常,給多隻煎蛋會更開心﹗安東炆雞,我一心想懷緬下當年係韓國明洞嘆過的安東炆雞,但眼前依碟完全唔對版,不是肥美香甜帶輕辣的多醬油嫩雞。放在眼前的是乾乾鞋鞋雞肉,雞胸鞋到刮口,兩三件雞髀肉免強可以,真身為麻油安西炆雞!伴以洋蔥、青椒、紅椒,最好食係粉絲索盡甜醬油麻油味,薯仔質地粉甜也不錯。無骨甜辣醬炸雞,香口微脆,雞肉極滑濕潤多汁,滑到不似雞肉,是否用乳酪浸泡過夜?厚厚炸粉有一刻覺得食緊麵筋,濃濃甜甜十分霸道,多多杰杰的醬少少甜少少辣。韓式蜆蛤豆腐湯煲,噴著煙滾滾送到﹗香辣湯汁燙嘴最靚的溫度,嫩滑豆腐超高溫比湯汁更熱,燙到我嘴仔了﹗識食必定係飯加湯而不是湯加飯,有泡菜有肉碎有蜆仔,好好好好好﹗全部消滅片甲不留。韓式烤牛肋骨,無鑊氣無焦香,微溫死氣沈沈。甜味突出而蒜味緊隨,全熟但肉質鬆軟,醃汁的功效。筋位脆脆,落了不少黃糖使得我手指黐立立。煎蛋牛骨泡菜湯麵,湯麵不是辛辣麵嗎?來的是幼幼四川白色拉麵?中文兩款都寫湯麵,英文辛辣麵寫 ramen?泡菜湯麵?還以為泡菜湯,只係放幾片泡菜係側邊。全熟微暖煎蛋,鞋烚烚老老蛋白。鬆軟牛腩碎,嚥韌彈牙掛湯白色麵,整體互補不足算合格的。 continue reading

講真,係大埔嘅這間韓國餐廳食咗個發現,好正宗又抵食㗎!先講講佢哋個傳統紫菜卷,賣相滿滿的,色澤簡直靚到喊,入口即是鮮味爆炸🤤;而家講佢個牛肋骨湯,啲湯清甜到不得咗,溫暖晒成個心窩,啲牛肋骨腍得滑得,真係每一啖都舒服到不得了😌。個韓式豬手,份量足料豐富,啲皮脆嘅、肉嘅口感啱啱好,加埋特製醬汁,唔係單講得出口味,真係會念念不忘㗎!唔止嘢食抵讚,服務亦都一流,D員工嘅態度親切,感覺真係賓至如歸。試過嘅朋友都話好,下次過尋味再約埋三五知己,傾下計,歎下美食,再嚟一轉!🎉🥢🍲 continue reading
