小弟就健康啲,揀返個沙律食吓,開開胃。凱撒沙律一向喺意大利菜中嘅經典之一,看似簡單其實都好多功夫。入口羅馬生菜好爽脆,加咗啲櫻桃蘿蔔,睇起嚟就更靚仔。最正就梗喺加咗好多雞肉同埋刨咗好多大大片嘅巴馬臣芝士啦,令到味道更豐厚好食。

肉醬意粉又喺意大利菜嘅另一經典,所以,就揀咗呢一道貝殼粉,其實撈埋一齊之後,都分唔到邊啲係燒豬肉,邊啲喺牛肉,邊啲喺香腸肉醬,總之混埋一齊食,味道好濃香,又有唔同嘅口感,啖啖回味,而手工做嘅貝殼粉 煮得口感啱啱好 ,口感煙韌,咬落有韌勁,掛滿肉醬,味道一流。

另一道煎鱸魚柳又喺睇起上嚟好簡單,不過食得出大廚嘅手勢,因為魚柳煎到恰到好處,外皮非常之香脆,肉質嫩滑到不得了,老套啲講句,堅喺魚有魚味,魚味濃郁,而墊晌下面嘅菠菜,色澤翠綠,去走晒啲莖位,非常之柔嫩。

我哋兩個都鍾意食甜品,當然第三道菜嘅梗喺揀甜點啦,餐牌中啱啱好提供兩款甜點,正正可以試晒。雖然提拉米素可以揀開心果、榛子
,但我哋都喺想試番經典嘅原味。底層嘅蛋糕吸滿咖啡酒,濕潤芳香,中間嘅馬卡風芝士非常之柔滑,面頭灑滿唂咕粉,有濃濃朱古力香,果然喺經典。

另一款甜品真喺唔認識,所以,就更加有期待。捧到出嚟佢賣相好特別,面頭放滿好似「飛佬皮」嘅薄脆,撥開之後就見到蘋果、梨肉、葡萄乾,仲有松子仁砌成嘅果塔,面頭唧咗少少忌廉做點綴,令賣相更好睇。入口啲果肉暖暖哋,好清甜,又有陣陣肉桂香,好食。

Cantina店名原來晌意大利文意思喺「食堂」,而據店員介紹,餐廳嘅位置正正就喺以前中環警署嘅食堂,相信喺指俾啲高級警官用餐嗰啲。講到服務,不得不大讚,真喺好熨貼,好有禮,好多細節位都做到一絲不苟

- gnocco配上cheese醬好rich texture,最expect唔到係mortadella大大塊,口感唔錯之餘唔會好鹹。另外旁邊parma ham 大大塊,份量十足

 From the refreshing salads,  flavoursome Vitello tonnato, where tender beef slices paired perfectly with the mayonnaise, to the juicy Meatballs with🍅 sauce, every bite was a true delight. The sea bass tartare with avocado mousse 🥑 was a standout, offering a creamy yet savory sensation that was simply divine.
