This dish totally reminded me that tomatoes are a kind of fruit, not vegetables. Not only did it look like a beautiful garden, the taste was stunning. Each bite was juicy and sweet and the richness of the burrata complemented it well.

Who would have believed that it was smoked eel in the middle? Not only was it decorated to a corn shape, the corn gazpacho was rich and sweet and almost could be a dessert(this is a compliment).

The fish was tender and juicy but the sides definitely elevated the dish. The sweetness of the peach, freshness of the mashed zucchini and the slightly spicy arugula sauce made each bite of this dish turn into an explosion of flavors.

Caprice既配料同醬汁係做得好出色既,複雜有趣,但肉類既菜唔知點解可以咁普通。同埋部分菜式調味太咸,明明上次好正常😓 呢間餐廳我會再黎既,始終環境同服務都正,食物質素就真係今次menu問題,所以我唔建議仲係呢個menu既時候黎食

本來以為這邊的甜品都是個伏,但結尾的Petit fours竟然是完美無瑕,味道及口感都無可挑剔,連啫喱糖也竟然很美味,下邊的是散發出淡淡新鮮香蕉味的蛋糕,喜歡吃香蕉的我固然喜歡,連不喜歡香蕉的友人也被俘虜了。

服務跟海景其實都很好,不過被福臨門及Ritz-Carlton寵壞的我,總覺得不夠完美。

與其他米芝蓮餐廳相比,這邊的裝潢一般,私隱度不夠高,廁所衛生更是欠奉。

這款藍蝦他他是室溫的溫度,一點也不冰冷,配上龍蝦脆片及芫荽油同吃,有點像吃甜蝦他他脆片,但但藍蝦的甜度沒有甜蝦甘甜。本來有點抗拒芫荽油,但還好芫荽的味道不重,配合這款甜蝦像以香草來提升海鮮味,不錯。

接下來是麵包環節,本來我已經打定輸數冇麵包食,也不緊要,但餐廳貼心地準備了無麩質的麵包讓我享用,感覺非常窩心。

麵包
首先是朋友的正常麵包,一共有四款麵包可供選擇,朋友在四款之中選擇了芝麻千層麵包及甜椒蕃茄辮子包。
配搭有塔尖的無鹽牛油及沒有塔尖的油鹽牛油。
雖然我沒有品嚐,但其實上次來的時候已經吃過這兩款包,所以知道味道。
芝麻千層麵包
千層做得出色,芝麻香味也很突出,屬於高質的酥皮麵包。
甜椒蕃茄辮子包
需要手工的麵包,甜椒番茄辮子包,是屬於日式軟熟的甜麵包,食到喉嚨有少許辣味,可能有放少許辣椒粉。
兩款之中朋友更喜歡甜椒番茄辮子包。

無麩質麵包
到我的無麩質麵包,當然,麵包的選擇沒有那麼多,但我已經很高興有得吃。一共有兩款,黑白芝麻小法包及無麩質多士,可以配搭的是橄欖油及意大利陳醋。
黑白芝麻小法包
和普通小法包味道差不多,黑白芝麻也烤得很香,麵包烤得外脆內軟,配搭橄欖油及陳醋不錯吃。
無麩質多士
一樣也是烤得外脆內軟,和一般多士味道差不多,只是因為無麩質,所以彈性有點不及,但我已經很滿足了。

本來我這個蝦湯不是清湯,不過由於食物禁忌問題,廚師特別為我轉做日式蝦清湯,十分感謝。
清湯非常鮮甜,比起一般的濃湯,我更喜歡這個清湯,更能得出食材的原味。配合鱸魚也相得益彰,魚肉清甜鮮嫩,清湯更添海鮮氣息, 真是最佳拍到。這個菜式清清甜甜,簡簡單單,純粹以食材原味做主,很合我的口味。

魚肉已經打成魚丸狀態,但又不像中式魚丸般彈牙,是比較鬆泡的狀態。醬汁是牛油忌廉蜆肉香檳汁,那個鮮味真是難以形容。伴碟的抱子甘藍也非常細心地挖空中間,再釀入魚肉及忌廉,一咬下去先至蔬菜的清甜,然後一股海洋鮮味衝擊口腔, 十分美妙。大蜆也是很鮮甜,整個菜式很出色。
如果要說唯一美中不足之處是多吃了會感覺膩。

巧克力軟心蛋糕伴焦糖忌廉配開心果雪糕
朋友的朱古力軟心蛋糕,因為這頓飯是為了慶祝生日,所以特別吩咐了餐廳寫上生日快樂的句子。
這件蛋糕賣相精美,特別喜歡上面用焦糖造成的花,感覺高貴。
從切面可以見到,這份朱古力是流心的,味道應該不錯,朋友說開心果味也很突出,但我沒有只吃這件蛋糕,就不評價味道了。

我是特別要求餐廳幫我準備生果拼盤的(off menu) 雖然之前有預計到應該會幫我砌得靚靚的,但上枱的是仍然不禁「嘩」一聲,真的很漂亮。
份量也很大,有草莓、哈密瓜、紅桑子、藍莓及芒果,還放上靚靚的金箔片,非常高級。
味道方面,有些水果有點偏酸,不過這是水果原味,我相信餐廳也很難做到盡善盡美。

正常味道的一款朱古力,欣賞餐廳的名字增添高貴賣相。

紅桑子泡芙
泡芙外皮鬆脆,外層就是吉士忌廉,紅桑子只是鋪面,酸酸甜甜的算是不錯。

熱情果檸檬撻
酸味比較濃厚,我喜歡吃酸的,所以對我來說就OK,但對朋友來說有點太酸。但其實這種酸味有助解除之前吃了那麼多食品之後的飽濟感,所以我是喜歡的。

接下來是我的無麩質&無乳製品 petit fours:
野莓蛋白霜
蛋白霜做得很輕盈,外層酥脆,味道甘甜,再配合野莓的酸味及莓類的香味,配合得非常好,是一款我可以一吃再吃的小甜品

朱古力芒果香蕉杯
朱古力造成的小杯子,外層是芒果醬,表面再放上一片非常完美圓形的香蕉,這個配搭根本就是「冇得輸」。
一放入口,先是咬到朱古力杯的香脆,然後再是酸甜的芒果醬來平衡朱古力的甜味,最後香蕉的甜味與香味為整建甜品提升了一個層次。

柑橘軟糖
最後的柑橘軟糖就是略為普通,水果味濃郁,但我略嫌果味不夠濃郁,香氣欠奉。

總括來說,這頓飯吃得很開心滿足,侍應及廚房為了配合我的特別飲食禁忌花足了功夫及心思,服務得很貼心,為我們這一頓飯帶來完美的體驗。
這裏的菜式味道一流,但我更要特別讚一讚服務,暫時來說是我在香港吃過的所有餐廳中,服務最為完美窩心的,令整個體驗的快樂情緒更為提升。

Finally get to try this 3-star Michelin restaurant !! We tried to book the table about a month ago but still didn’t get arranged to be seated next to window.

There were 3 selection of lunch sets - 3 courses ( appetizer , main and dessert) , 4 courses ( appetizer with soup and main + dessert ) , and 5 courses ( two mains ).
The waiter went through the menu with us in a very detailed manner 😌. We went for the 5 course option for a more complete experience.

The meal started with a refreshing complimentary starter - Scotland prawn. Very delightful seasoning and dressing with lime and basil.

Unfortunately the courses after that is much too savory and salty. It would be better if the chef could slightly cut down on the seasoning.

For main , we would highly recommend the wagyu slow cooked with red wine sauce. The meat is very tender and seasoned just to the right point .

Overall, despite the slightly over seasoned dishes , we find the experience to be worthy. The service was really outstanding comparing to other 6 * hotel dining 😍 wonderful place for any special occasion !

kinda disappointed to be honest🥺😭 i expected more from a 3 star michelin restaurant💔💔 their signature hot and cold onion soup is unique, but is wayy too thick and tastes a bit weird☹️ the asparagus in their blue lobster and aspragus dish is not fresh and very hard to chew😩 their signature racan pigeon is disappointing too and their souffle defo isnt as good as other restaurants🥴

🌽 Foie gras terrine, topped with sweetcorn custard, caramel popcorn, grilled sweetcorn, rhubarb purée and poached rhubarb. 🤩 Probably one of the most beautiful dish I have had in a while!


The sweetness from the sweetcorn went really well with the salty foie gras, while the popcorn gave this creamy dish an extra crunch 😋 The acidity from the rhubarb cut through the richness of the foie gras and balanced out the sweetness from the corn - what an ingenious combination!!!!😍❤️

🌱 oh yes, I ordered a pea soup from a Michelin⭐️⭐️⭐️ restaurant!!! It’s probably poshest pea soup I had in my life😆 It was served with “Brin-d'Amour” (a sheep milk cheese) ravioli, almond emulsion and fresh mint (青豆湯伴羊奶芝士意大利雲吞、杏仁泡沫及薄荷). The light peas soup and the slightly sweet almond emulsion went very well with the richer taste from the cheese ravioli! 🤩

Fish Quenelles (法式魚肉慕絲伴海鮮配香檳汁) was fish mousse with scallop and lobster oil , served with shellfish and lettuce parcels, and finally topped with Champagne sauce.

Definitely an unique fish course!!!🤩 The fish mousse was smooth and light, while champagne sauce was rich and creamy😋The lettuce parcels were stuffed with bacon and mushroom.

🍎Apple Tarte Tatin (蘋果撻配雲呢拿雪糕) was a modern take on tarte tatin, and possibly the best I have had😍 The pastry was everything a good puff pastry supposed to be- it’s airy, flaky, crispy and delicate. It was then topped with soft and buttery sweet thinly slices caramelised apple ; rich and silky vanilla custard cream; and finally a thin layer of crispy caramelised sugar brittle.🤩 It’s such a well-thought-out dessert with a perfect balance of texture💗
