入口就好似飲咗一啖濃茶咁。質感同樣十分細滑。
如果連上面的蕃薯蓉一齊食,茶味會蓋過番薯味。

又去觀塘搵西餐食就一定要上樓啦,搵搵下點知搵到呢度,其實係牛頭角同九龍灣中間既地方。呢度都算幾偏僻,閒日上到去都真係唔係好繁忙。首先必須讚下個sourdough,真係好好食,鬆軟得黎又有sourdough既獨有香氣。頭盤叫左Buffalo Mozzarella, Heirloom Tomatoes,老實講個芝士算一般,個係啲蕃茄幾出色,都好多款好juicy同新鮮。至於主食44 Farms Texas Black Angus Sirloin Steak,呢款牛牛味唔太濃,但比較淋身,火候都好準繩,味道都較得好好。甜品方面,佢有好多外面比較少有既甜品,所以叫左2款-Hojicha Creme Caramel 同Peach Melba with Vanilla Ice-cream & Raspberry Sorbet ,個布甸既培茶味好濃而粟子蓉都好滑好香,只係2樣野夾埋有啲豐富多左少少。個香桃就好香甜,加上個raspberry sorbet酸酸甜甜咁平均返個酸甜,不過個sorbet都真係幾酸,唔好酸既人可能唔太岩啦。

首先想講個封門柳(應該係)好嫩好淋🐄好易切開同咬開 加埋個醬汁係🇦🇷青醬(應該係)有d紅蔥頭(微辣) 微酸 蒜 同香草既味好match👍🏻
另外個薯角係煎左兩邊個面加埋佢個醬Basil aioli係酸酸地既味 點落薯角好fresh😋
重有兩塊麵包,炒蛋同新鮮既菜😋

🐓好嫩又多汁重要個皮勁脆(加左d好似土匪味既粉係脆雞皮上面)真係想食多幾舊丫(痴線)(加埋用非基因改造同非生長促進劑飼料既雞😎)
另外又係不得不提下個醬汁(好似白汁但又有d蔬菜味咁)係會不停想點既汁😙加埋佢d蔬菜🥬(講完又想食過)🥰

終於到左講Crème caramel🍮好好味😋又夠滑又多creamy🥰加埋個焙茶雪糕🍨就咁睇個雪糕個樣以為無咩焙茶味😅但放入口既感覺又d焙茶latte既味咁😋

環境🧸 : 
間野都幾細,所以好快就滿晒人,但坐得幾舒服,餐廳成個感覺都係舒適、和諧同有家庭既感覺。(我覺得有兩個員工好似樣應該係兩姊妹)
至於lunch來說70分鐘都尚算夠既,不過如果長少少坐耐d會開心d🤪

牛排用上嘅係牛臀肉(Pichana also called as Rump ),喺西餐上面比較少見。位於後腿肉上面嘅牛臀肉,肌肉纖維都比較高,中間嘅脂肪同筋膜(結締組織)都比較少,同牛柳一樣都係主要食佢嘅肉味。

肉質非常嫩滑,好容易切開,肉味非常豐厚,佢側邊有層脂肪,脂香感高得黎又有浸咸香,好似dry age 過咁。熟度係medium rare ,肉又煎到有層脆皮。非常之高質,Cp 值高,值得推介。

炒蛋睇個樣都知非常之滑啦,蛋又加咗奶入去,又更creamy,但就調味不足,未夠咸。,

之後又要重點講吓個跟餐嘅sourdough。Sourdough 聞落有非常香濃嘅麥香,酸度比平時嘅sourdough 高。皮唔韌,包又烘到脆口,又係高分之作。
