食物質素一如以往嘅好,環境又舒服,燒味都係即叫即整,仲有牛扒可以揀熟啲或者生啲,每次去到都會食沙律,湯類有龍蝦湯或者燉湯,間唔中仲會食到冬陰功,有三文魚同埋北寄貝之類的魚生同埋生蠔,仲有啲炒粉麵飯同埋燒一字骨蒸魚同埋蝦都一定會有,蟹都有,但係食嘅時候比較麻煩,甜品的話有好多選擇,可以一邊買馬仔一邊食嘢,舒服的在這裏消磨一整天時間,若果時間充裕仲可以等到下午茶,通常都會有蛋撻和角仔之類小吃,仲有雪糕同埋咖啡奶茶,非常之好嘅一間餐廳。

Get the roast chicken if you come. Priced at around 700-800, it serves two ppl (have to preorder). Shaved truffles hidden in the chicken and it’s served with scalloped potatoes and smahed peas. the lobster bisque is very traditional and has a very rich flavour to it🦞💞 the steak is a bit rough and seems more like a medium well than a medium😭 i probably wouldn’t get it again💔 the sea bass is very juicy and not dry at all and i loved the combination of sea bass and crispy capers🤩 their dessert chocolate is very similar to the one at amigo🍫🤍a downside of this restaurant is that the menu is quite limited and doesnt even have lamb chops😐

With no horse racing today . My eyes can finally get a very good rest having lunch in front of this massive piece of green opened area. That's relaxing . Starting with semi buffet for the starters. It looks great as it should , but it is kinda let down for a seafood addict like me . I expected to see long crab legs, big clams and snails ,however, I don't see them . The rest I can find here isn't too flattering in taste neither . Kinda rough and salty . Not my lucky day. Ham and cheese collection

晚上長輩來電即興晚飯,本想到Grand Hyatt 一試steak house.但在星期六晚上稍為像樣的餐廳如不早早訂位的話,也無謂多作幻想。結果還是回到了這極不願意再來的地方(因為無訂位也不必擔心)對上一次來應是五年前左右,好像是被和牛宴之類的東西吸引了來.記得錢是花了不少但卻是吃得一頭煙收場!如果是想靜靜的坐下喝杯東西的話環境倒是不錯.Classic set Dinner---- Amuse是一件吃不出是鴨肉的炸鴨肉,幾款餐包也不是熱的,可直接跳過.沙律菜沒甚可挑剔.湯的表現倒是不錯,喝起來雖不算滑身但豆味頗濃.青檸雪葩----夠酸夠原味!另外side other的生蠔倒是新鮮貨色,但可惜過水過得太恨,連蠔本身的味道也沖淡了.主菜肉眼扒的表現是水準以下,medium rare生熟程度肉質吃起來一點也不軟熟.欠肉汁之餘纖維亦甚粗.甜品是Opera Chocolate Cake,從未吃過這麼硬淨的朱古力片!用叉打橫壓下去竟可將整件蛋糕按扁!Petit Four更是無用多作幻想.兩人同坐其中一位點叫甜品,侍應並不會主動去問另一位要不要,每位侍應也笑容滿臉但服務卻是機械式得可憐!想不到全晚

想不到全晚最好吃的是不用烹調的生蠔及用來作間場的青檸雪葩。
非常後悔為何不去steak house walk in碰碰運氣!
