日式火鍋喺位於銅鑼灣百德新街近維園方向。店內設計簡簡單單,大約可以坐20幾人,以木器同灰色牆身為主。Menu有deluxe set 包括刺身三點,蟹肉沙律,海鮮係虎蝦,帆立貝,三文魚鮫,安格斯牛小排,牛五花,雞肉,什菜盤同烏冬。湯底有個幾特別,檸檬鹽麹湯鍋,本身都有啲怕檸檬會唔會好酸,但waitress 好好禮貌地介紹,檸檬可以煲滾一陣就攞起,完全唔會覺得苦。檸檬湯底同海鮮特別夾。帆立貝厚厚的比較清甜。牛小排都唔算多油脂,幾香口。三文魚鮫樣子新鮮令立立。 continue reading

今日去咗銅鑼灣shopping,行到差不多晚飯時間,於是在百德新街盡頭見咗呢間日本火鍋店,剛巧今天天氣突然轉冷,凍凍哋,於是走入去食個火鍋暖暖身。可能晚飯時間尚早,餐廳內只有一枱客,而且餐廳面積唔大,只有10張枱的。餐廳裝修實而不華,很有日本小店的感覺。今日點了個最貴嘅火鍋套餐,貪佢有日本雪室熟成和牛🥩,而且重有澳洲一級肉眼🥩,可以互相輝映。海鮮方面包括有鮮活飽魚、松葉蟹捧、虎蝦🦐、時令海魚🐠和帆立貝,全部都是我的至愛。呢個套餐還有野菜盤和稻庭烏冬,而前菜則有野菜沙律和刺身五點。呢間餐廳嘅火鍋湯底都很特別,我選了一個從未試過嘅瀨戶內海檸檬塩麴湯底,而且亦是店員極力推介,她說只有這家餐廳才有這款湯底,我當然不會錯過喇。日本雪室熟成和牛 👉🏼 入口軟嫩得很,油脂於舌上融化,簡直是人間極品。澳洲一級肉眼 👉🏼 勝在脂肪平均又夠肉汁,不過當然跟日本雪室熟成和牛比下去。至於海鮮方便,食落又唔覺得很特別,而且發覺蝦和帶子都是急凍的,不是新鮮的,所以當堂打了折扣。 因為喜歡食蝦和帶子的我,一入口便知道是否新鮮的,新鮮蝦和帶子會是彈牙的,而冷藏的就不會有這種口感。我衷心希望這店在海鮮入貨方面有待改進。 continue reading

前排天氣好凍,所以好想食啲暖野,咁啱喺銅鑼灣fashion walk附近竟然發現咗一間好隱世嘅日式餐廳,主打食日式火鍋。舖頭店面嘅設計非常簡約,而且座位與座位之間好寬敞,好有privacy。睇返Menu有好多選擇,主打食壽喜燒同埋日式火鍋。經店員推薦之後,我哋叫咗犇盛合套餐。每人只係$398,但已經包咗刺身、沙律、海鮮、肉眼、牛小排、雞件、烏冬等等,超級豐富。我哋揀咗原粹豆乳豚骨湯底,非常之濃郁稠杰,一上枱已經聞到陣陣豆香。刺身好大塊,有鮮味。個沙律都係偏大份,特別鍾意個醬汁,好開胃。之後就輪到肉類上枱,分別有四種肉,包括澳洲一級肉眼、美國安格斯牛小排、美國牛五花同埋無激素春雞。個人就最鍾意牛五花,烚完放入口有溶化嘅感覺,好正!至於海鮮就有帆立貝、虎蝦等等,全部都好新鮮,食到我哋舔舔脷。配埋個野菜拼盤,索晒湯底個精華,冇得頂。very recommend! continue reading

無諗過百德新街會有間咁抵食又咁大份量的lunch,都真係幾驚喜,咁多嘢先係一舊水。燒鯖魚 配 澳洲牛肉眼烏冬 $100鯖魚油脂味道好香,肉質結實,魚皮香脆,可惜魚肉燒得有少少乾。呢片牛肉好好食,牛味濃郁,而且都幾大片,cover咗半隻碗。烏冬幼身但好彈牙,清湯底都唔錯。蟹肉沙律用的係蟹柳,沙律菜都新鮮,個sauce 唔錯,都幾啱口味👍🏻中華沙律正常發揮,漬物鹹咗dd 。味噌湯有好多豆腐粒同海帶,都幾足料。甜品係豆腐雪糕,上枱時以為係雲尼拿,擺入口先食到係豆腐,雪糕質地好軟滑,融得都快,豆乳味好濃郁,呢款雪糕都唔錯🥰茶涮涮 (銅鑼灣)銅鑼灣百德新街66-72號海灣大廈地下A號舖*上述文章只供參考及以當時價格為準 continue reading
