maine course水準係比punjab略勝少許 羊size 更大 肉汁豐富 如果可以燒得再香口d 應該 係無法挑剔嘅一道菜
另外都order左個牛面 都係如果可以燒得香口d 會更好

其餘菜 普普通通 不難食 但都咩印象

可能係個人喜好 都係偏向濃味d嘅

食到半段 留意左好耐
台台都有類似craker 嘅amuse bouche
但我地完全冇

味道不過不失
但服務 差左少少 係由陽台飲嘢等位 侍應開門 完全 係開卑佢自己 冇理果個客 都算係 幾特別嘅 五星酒店體驗
個場係咪員工唔夠人 有種卑人忽視嘅感覺

幾經辛苦終於預約到呢家K11的印度菜。食完之後有小小改觀左對印度菜的感覺。原來印度菜都可以好精緻好特別。整體食物有驚喜,但最好食都係米飯,簿餅和咖喱。呢幾個真係必食。前菜都幾好味,配搭上醬汁更好味。唯一肉方面都係印度菜一路以黎的煮法,好入味,但啲肉已經煮到分唔到咩肉。整體值得一試。

幾經辛苦終於預約到呢家K11的印度菜。
食完之後有小小改觀左對印度菜的感覺。
原來印度菜都可以好精緻好特別。
整體食物有驚喜,但最好食都係米飯,簿餅和咖喱。呢幾個真係必食。
前菜都幾好味,配搭上醬汁更好味。
唯一肉方面都係印度菜一路以黎的煮法,好入味,但啲肉已經煮到分唔到咩肉。
整體值得一試。

We made our reservation around a month ago and we finally got a chance to try it!!The lobster tikka ($998) The taste is really good, and surprised me. The meat was super tender! The old Delhi butter chicken ($248) is creamy and kinda sweet. And curries are not spicy, so the chef used the ghost pepper to made a spicy curries sauce for me. It’s really amazing.

The lobster tikka ($998)
The taste is really good, and surprised me. The meat was super tender!

朋友原本訂咗位但最後去唔到,就問各方好友有冇人想去。我知道間餐廳都幾難訂,同時老公亦都鍾意食印度菜,所以諗住去試一試。 首先Roswood酒店本身設計好差,兜兜轉傳先搵到餐廳。我哋係食中午餐,坐低後 server狂sell我哋飲酒。我哋點左Angus beef做Appetiser, butter chicken & curry fish 做main course, 再加 garlic & 黑松露芝士naan bread各一份。由前菜到main course冇一樣野係熱嘅,我哋問經理,佢竟然話所有佢哋嘅食物都係serve room temperature,唔會熱食?講到呢度已經冇晒興趣再繼續食落去,埋單$1500走人……間餐廳根本一啲都唔滿,目測有三份一吉位,冇人坐唔知點解要訂到幾個月後先有?網紅造勢不得了!各位自行判斷有冇興趣去間性價比極低, 加服務九流嘅餐廳……香港好食嘅嘢實在太多啦!

朋友原本訂咗位但最後去唔到,就問各方好友有冇人想去。我知道間餐廳都幾難訂,同時老公亦都鍾意食印度菜,所以諗住去試一試。 首先Roswood酒店本身設計好差,兜兜轉傳先搵到餐廳。我哋係食中午餐,坐低後 server狂sell我哋飲酒。我哋點左Angus beef做Appetiser, butter chicken & curry fish 做main course, 再加 garlic & 黑松露芝士naan bread各一份。由前菜到main course冇一樣野係熱嘅,我哋問經理,佢竟然話所有佢哋嘅食物都係serve room temperature,唔會熱食?講到呢度已經冇晒興趣再繼續食落去,埋單$1500走人……間餐廳根本一啲都唔滿,目測有三份一吉位,冇人坐唔知點解要訂到幾個月後先有?網紅造勢不得了!各位自行判斷有冇興趣去間性價比極低, 加服務九流嘅餐廳……香港好食嘅嘢實在太多啦!

Staff were very welcoming and friendly, and recommended us stuff that we must try. Another very instagrammable dish is 𝘽𝘼𝙆𝙀𝘿 𝙅𝘼𝘾𝙆𝙁𝙍𝙐𝙄𝙏 𝙎𝘼𝙈𝙊𝙎𝘼 - it’s a starter which was super cool! It’s crispy on the outside like a thin layered icecream cone, and inside the stuffing was vegetarian meat, really special! 😋

在等待上菜的時間,侍應首先送上了今晚的amuse bouchée, 經典印度脆餅配羅望子酸辣醬汁。
這份脆餅有少許厚度,吃下有種結實實在的感覺,不像有一些太薄的很容易散開,吃在口中的餘韻是黑胡椒的辣味。
酸辣醬汁惹味開胃,雖然和一般印度餐廳的不太大分別,但仍然能令人一口接一口地吃。

我們由淡到濃,先來品嚐fish tikka 烤魚肉。憑賣相已經見到魚肉顏色白,味道比較淡,吃起來魚肉結實,沒有什麼肉汁,調味也偏向清淡的香草味,乳酪好像放得不多,味道普通,和我在印度吃到的烤魚肉相差很遠很遠。

第二款顏色雪白的是chicken tikka 烤雞肉。和魚肉一樣,味道清淡,乳酪好像也放得不多,因此肉質比較結實,肉汁也不多,調味偏向黑胡椒口味,我吃過很多比這款雞肉更美味的Chicken tikka, 不過不知道是否有分不同印度的地區調味有所不同,反正和我在印度吃到的不一樣。

接下來是兩款比較濃味的,首先是牛肉,切成方塊形狀的牛肉醃得味道足夠,從顏色也可看出乳酪醬放得很多,所以一切下去就已經很容易可以分開,入口有很多肉汁,各種香料的味道也夠濃郁,這款牛肉做得不錯。

接下來最後一款是羊架,在烤羊肉的表面還灑上很多綠色的豆,雖然賣相一流,但其實豆的味道基本上吃不出,還是以羊肉的味道為主。羊肉和牛肉一樣,用上差不多的香料及乳酪醃製,味道差不多,但羊肉的少許羶味更為惹味,令人忍不住大快朵頤。

作為新派印度菜,這裏無論是服務、裝修、餐具都十分出色。
裝修之前已經說過;論服務,侍應招呼很好,細心解說餐單,而且和我們解說時有特別蹲下來和我們保持同一視線水平,這一點很少餐廳有做到,這裏特別這樣做,不要說是其他印度餐廳,就算是其他餐廳也很少有做到。

餐具,除了所有的碟子、杯具都非常美麗充滿印度氣息之外,我發現這裏所有菜式全部用黃銅器皿上菜,非常有古樸味道,而且更具實用價值,因為可以保持食物溫度,這些細心的地方都做得很不錯。
但失分的位置是烤肉拼盤,作為印度其中一款首本名菜,魚肉及雞肉都不算好,甚至比不上香港一般的印度餐廳(例如重慶大廈內的),以這個價錢及如此難訂坐來說就有點失望。
