今日喺銅鑼灣閒逛,到夜晚當然要搵啲嘢食,行過一間門面像酒吧的餐廳,望下個餐牌原來係食泰國嘢,天氣炎熱,食個泰國餐飲杯啤酒都係一個唔錯的選擇餐廳內裡裝潢都同九龍城食開的泰式餐廳不同,可能因為個名叫拳王,裝修都要modern啲掛一坐低,侍應先上一碟蝦片,蝦片有點微辣,配上啤酒一絶,忍不住叫侍應比多碟黎泰式去骨海南雞,用一透底蒸籠盛著,上桌時會連同一壺湯,喺你面前將湯淋上,湯流過嫩雞就變成一個有雞味的例湯!花臣嘢就睇下算,隻雞好唔好食先係重點,呢個去骨海南雞,首先份量不少,而且雞肉嫩滑,沾上特制的汁醬,值得推介。泰式生蝦,鮮甜,唔比其他泰式名店差冬蔭公係我食泰菜必點的食物,呢間個冬蔭公連爐上,可保熱度,味道亦做得出水準,我要求的冬蔭公要夠酸夠辣,味道一定要重,當然隻蝦不能太寒酸,呢間隻蝦絶對對得起個價錢,而且蝦肉仍保持到彈性,不是平價貨,抵讚!泰式拼盤,不過不失,份量種類亦很足夠,一個價錢可試到多款小食,配啤酒佳品呢間餐廳個電視係播泰拳,配合番店名,用餐時別有一番風味!隨意挑選的這間拳王,值得推介

三色香芒椰汁糯米飯
芒果熟得恰到好處,又腍又甜又多汁。糯米飯煮成一團,已不再是一粒一粒的,偏濕,不過吃起來尚算煙韌。更喜歡紫米一粒一粒的嚼勁。青色的猜是斑蘭味,但不太吃到斑蘭香。淋得太多椰漿,而且椰漿頗甜,原味和斑蘭味吃起來都是椰漿味,只有紫米多一點點不同。

好耐之前已經黎過一次,今次再黎環境依舊都係咁有擂台嘅感覺。對上一次黎已經係好耐之前,今次再黎menu竟然有兩本,一本係泰國菜,另一本連刺身日本野都有!刺身就冇叫喇,不過見倒佢有啲燒物好似幾吸引,所以都叫左黎試下。和風墨魚嘴,墨魚嘴燒到個面脆脆地,而且仲配左好多香草,食落一啲都唔腥。蟹膏焗扇貝,除左蟹膏之外仲好多芝士,帶子加埋啲蟹膏好有鮮味,呢個配撘好特別。黎到泰國餐廳點可以唔食生蝦呢!隻生蝦啲肉好厚好爽,而且仲好新鮮。生菜包好香香茅味,食落辣辣地,加埋啲菜食好清新。炒金邊粉,面頭個蛋真係整得好靚,食之前不忙欣賞下。啲金邊粉食落有小小茄汁味,而且好多餸好開胃。餐廳坐落都幾舒服,好有擂台嘅感覺,中間仲有得睇比賽嫁

泰國菜亦都係我嘅摯愛,所以今晚去到銅鑼灣,都一定要食下泰國菜滿足下。辣椒膏炒蜆,味道唔會太辣,係香港人可以接受嘅口味,配合豐富嘅配料: 磨茹、香蔥、香芧等等,味道唔會唔好食,而且蜆肉隻隻飽滿彈牙,強烈推介!而香芧雞翼,香芧味道都相當足夠,雞翼炸得金黃,肉汁豐富而肉嫩; 而呢份月亮蝦餅係第一次食,將蝦肉打成膠質,以酥皮夾住,再去油炸。食落口非常香脆,蝦味濃郁,配上旁邊嘅蜜糖點嚟食,咸甜兩種味道同一時間品嚐到,感覺都不錯!

雖知道銅鑼灣有好多好野食,但好似都好少泰菜,見到拳王呢個名就覺得好特別,所以一於黎試下。一坐低侍應就上左碟蝦片,好濃既蝦味同胡椒粉味,個人覺得略咸最驚喜既係原來係拳王餐廳有得叫埋另一間係樓上新開既原燒道場,係食日本野的,十分特別呢。我地要左生蝦,好新鮮,佢既醬辣辣地酸酸地好開胃三色冰同芒光沙冰,解辣一流。場內裝修更有好多泰拳既decoration,仲有電視播住啲人係到打拳,好付合餐廳既名字。呢間既海南雞好特別,上左枱之後店員會淋上滾燙既雞湯,雞肉好滑冇骨。泰式串燒,有雞豬牛,點上沙嗲醬,好香,啖啖肉然後呢部份係原燒道場既,有玉子燒,雞軟骨串,雞翼同青口,味道都唔錯,特別喜歡佢既青口,大大隻而且燒得好香。

好快又到午飯時段,由於同事好想食泰菜,於是決定遷就他選一間泰國餐廳午膳。聽說此餐廳在openrice 頗多好評,又是知名拳王開設,質素應該有點保證,於是決定試一試。走進餐廳內部,感覺設計幾特別,頂部掛有大電視播放著拳賽,座椅看似用了拳套的質地製成,猶如置身在擂台上食飯。海南雞飯飯有雞油香,海南雞沾了泰式醬汁,辣辣地幾開胃,雞肉亦很嫩滑。冬蔭公金邊粉是同事點的,還額外添加鳳尾蝦和大頭蝦。據他所講,整碗湯粉冬蔭公味濃,酸辣程度適合,食落幾醒神。泰式椰汁雞湯不算太辣,適合一眾怕辣之人,但又保留了椰汁及雞香汁,兩者味道皆混合得天衣無逢,越食越滋味。椰汁冰飲落甜甜地,每淡都散發著椰香,椰汁控摰愛。由於食物實在太好吃,與同事商量決定豪花一點錢,點了個泰式砂鍋煲仔翅一齊品嘗。超多魚翅,湯底少少杰,咸咸地有上湯味,配搭一塊塊魚翅口感味道更勝一籌。

人生第一次用心寫食評,用黎鬧人,我都唔想。星期五諗住輕鬆食個午餐,揀左呢間泰國餐廳,十二點四十五分入座,一坐低叫左兩個豬手飯,等到一點半黎左一個青木瓜沙律,一點四十五分黎一個豬手飯,兩點先黎齊。食物黎齊用左超過一小時,可能心情影響味覺,完全唔覺好食。我諗幾好食既食物都唔值等咁耐。催完又催,差啲拍枱咁濟,餐廳完全冇能力管理客人訂單,成間餐廳有一半客都係咁催,侍應得兩個,完全唔識跟單,廚房唔知做咩勁慢。今次係人生食午飯最嬲既一次,呢間餐廳請都一定唔會再幫襯。
