河粉炒到條條分開,夠火喉!
雖然係濃味啲,不過都見到好多人叫!


店舖唔算大,勝在老字號,而且味道一直保持到,所以有好多街坊支持!

成隻鵝脾好吸引,鵝脾起骨方便食用。肉質嫰滑,甘香惹味,其實是滷水汁的功勞帶出鵝肉的芳郁。

幾十年老字號嘅陳勤記鹵鵝飯店,由2012年開始連續無間斷咁攞米芝蓮。今日特意前黎食其鹵鵝,一入去覺得古色古香,店入面掛左花燈,枱櫈都係木製,而牆上面掛咗一幅「鵝」字。小食係惹味鹹花生,脆卜卜。杏汁燉白肺湯 唔似平時飲到嘅白肺湯,並冇加入鮮奶,不過個湯好夠熱,有杏仁味。鹹菜胡椒燉豬肚湯胡椒好香好辣,鹹菜淋身,豬肚好爽。豉汁梅子蒸白鱔 係用新鮮嘅梅子剁碎成醬,梅子微微地酸,好開胃,白鱔好滑唔會有好多骨。鹵水鵝1/4下莊鵝脾都好大隻,鹵水唔會好鹹。絲苗白飯要叫白飯送上面嘅白鱔同埋鹵水鵝。

週末難得去了上環,決定一嚐一間米芝蓮飯店的滷水鵝片,我們點了一個二人餐E餐,有滷水鵝片、涼瓜鹹菜排骨湯、沙嗲牛肉炒河粉。鵝片很入味,不肥膩,質地厚實但不粗糙,配菜的豆腐都非常入味。本人十分喜歡涼瓜的,這個排骨湯沒有苦澀味,整個湯很甘甜,材料除了有涼瓜、鹹菜、排骨,還有蒜頭,蒜頭吸收了湯的精華,我還把它整粒吃掉😆沙爹牛肉河不同平時茶餐廳的,這個沙爹味超濃郁,吃到花生粒,加上滑嫩的牛肉,河粉混和沙爹汁真的絕配,很快把整碟吃光光😄潮洲菜當然要吃蠔仔粥,粥裡有無數蠔仔,每口都吃到5、6隻蠔材料很豐富,除了蠔、肉碎、香菜,還有咸肉,所以味道特別香口美味。我們還點了兩個甜品,福果綠豆爽不會太甜,有很多小綠豆和白果,綠豆質感不硬,咀嚼一下就緩緩地滑下我喉嚨~福果芋泥剛蒸好很香,我第一次吃蒸芋泥,芋泥很綿滑,很幼細,芋頭味很香濃,能吃到美食,人生真幸福呀~~

最近發覺自己愛上了吃潮州野,最近有時間,一於就去系上環地鐵站出咗幾分鐘就到既陳勤記晚膳。入到去覺得非常之舒服,整潔企理,仲見到佢係米之蓮嘅星級食肆。打開餐牌,應有盡有,一於樣樣都叫啲先!杏汁燉白肺湯 (一碗份量)其實白肺湯系一樣非常難預備的菜式,估不到佢可以準備到一啲怪味都無,調味又剛剛好,吃得出老火湯的鮮味,正!鹵水鵝來到梗系要叫一碟米之蓮星級鹵水鵝,鹵水汁絕對非常之好,又入味之余又無味精的感覺。鹵水鵝味夠香濃及有口感,令人有一吃再吃的衝動。果然係米之蓮星級之選!蠔仔粥 (二人份量)粥底非常之好,夠味。成大窩粥熱辣辣上枱。蠔仔乾淨,無沙,另一樣推介之選。鹵水千層峰 (豬耳,豬頭肉)我唔到佢嘅鹵水豬肉一樣認真不錯。份量絕對唔少,啖啖肉。同鹵水鵝一樣佢嘅鹵水值得回味,另一個好選擇。韭菜鵝紅喺香港好少可以食到真正嘅鵝紅,好香好滑,想食嘅朋友一定要來了。

午餐附送飲品,寫明「凍/熱同價」。
飲品選擇包括「咖啡、奶茶、檸茶、檸水」。
若飲品轉為「檸檬薏米水」要加 $8
若轉為「湯」則加 $15

今天和朋友各自點了一個午餐,我飲凍檸水;朋友則飲檸檬薏米水 和 一碗湯。
帳單最後顯示: +$8、+$8、+$15 (共三項附加收費)

不明所以,以我的理解,我點的凍檸水是免費的。向收銀員查問,他們的解釋是「若你又要飲品又要湯,兩樣都要加錢的」。

我估計她的意思是午餐送的是一杯飲品或一碗湯;如果客人要飲品又湯,飲品就不是免費的。

而我杯凍檸水為何要另加 $8 就真不合邏輯,只知道餐牌寫得不清不楚,侍應亦都解釋不了,最終,錢都是要付。

竹笙以金華火腿煮至入味,清炒西蘭花墊底, 最後淋上一個玻璃獻汁,

Came for dinner with some friends on a weekday, didn’t book a table and it’s quite empty. We seated on the second floor, food arrived pretty quick once we ordered.Tried their 白汁豬肺湯 taste good,soiled goose which is the signature here is fair not a big fan of goose, deep fried duck with mashed taro is quite oily, stewed veggie and mini oyster congee. I always like food serve hot and fresh, but one thing I dislike most is most dishes are served warm, even the soup...

星期日到上環購物, 不經不覺已到下午二时, 又餓又累。 見到此間門外標示榮獲「米芝蓮車胎人美食推介餐廳」及「米芝蓮指南粤菜」的店舖, 那就試試吧。内裏裝潢典雅。菜牌上食物選項有很多呢 (太多頁數了, 我只影了我點了菜的那幾頁) 鹹菜胡椒燉豬肚湯 (每位) : 胡椒味十分突出, 醒脾開胃, 增進食慾。 滷水鵝片併豆腐丶鵝肝 : 整碟份量頗大。 鵝片下面墊着的是豆腐。 鵝片肉嫩, 不肥膩, 切得工整, 厚薄適中。 鵝肝大大片。 滷水汁不是重口味, 反而有點清香淡雅及不油膩。 家鄉煎蠔烙 : 有蛋味, 啖啖都是蠔仔。 煎得不油膩, 配以魚露, 非常美味。 返沙香芋 : 這是傳統潮州甜食, 可能是工序較繁複, 現時不是每一間潮州食肆肯做。 難得這裏有, 那就要點來品嚐。 做得不錯呀, 香酥鬆甜。

I was drawn in by the Michelin Guide awards. Their signatures appeared to be their soy goose and baby oyster congee.

We needed a light dinner and chose a soy goose rice (btw it comes standard with bone unless you opt to pay for deboned $180 portion, which we didn't), and a plate of chinese kale. Portion size were average to low, not much meat which was disappointing, the preserves on the side were a nice tangy accompaniment. Chinese kale strongly flavored, and pretty tasty.

Paying I was surprised to see tea cover charge and service charge. Cost of the dishes were ok I suppose for the location in the middle of Sheung Wan. I won't be rushing back but it's ok to check out and of course support local businesses. I did see other tables with full dinner dishes and it looked pretty good.

今日放學本身約左朋友去睇戲,不過同另一個朋友早左到,咁就去食完飯再過去啦。係附近間鹵鵝 陳勤記 幾出名,都上過報紙幾次,又有米芝蓮加持,經過咁多次,今日終於有幸試下。午餐餐牌都有10款選擇,不過黎到就緊係食鹵鵝。叫左個鹵鵝拼豬頭肉飯試試佢。黎到陣鹵水味都算香,但個人認為係偏淡口,不過好處就係仲食到鵝味。鵝肉肉質都算軟滑,咬落偏淋身,唔會鹵到實晒。豬頭肉第一次食,口感幾有趣,膠質豐富,食落似豬耳感覺,本身以為會好肥又唔會。不過個人口味,始終覺得味太淡,唔係好岩feel,個人偏好重味d嘅鹵水。

黎到陣鹵水味都算香,但個人認為係偏淡口,不過好處就係仲食到鵝味。鵝肉肉質都算軟滑,咬落偏淋身,唔會鹵到實晒。豬頭肉第一次食,口感幾有趣,膠質豐富,食落似豬耳感覺,本身以為會好肥又唔會。

對於中秋節全日都要上班的打工仔來說,和朋友一起吃個好味的午餐算是另一種的抗抑鬱方法,還要特別挑選米芝蓮推介餐廳是常識吧👻朋友今天想吃潮洲菜,帶了我來陳勤記。小店來説,裝修算不錯!午飯時間不算太多人!以米芝蓮推介餐廳來説,午市套餐算抵食!朋友點了滷水鵝飯。我點了蠔仔肉碎泡粥。粥底鮮甜味美,蠔仔很新鮮又大粒。最正是粥內下了很多烤得好香的方魚,將整碗粥的味道提昇到另一層次😻😋家鄉煎蠔烙應該用了雞蛋和鴨蛋,所以蛋味特別香濃,蠔肉大大粒又新鮮,真是無得彈😻😻😻
