6折嘅蠔餅 – 一攞出嚟即見到幾件啡色嘅蠔餅,就感覺不妙, 咁啡色即係老油炸蠔餅啦, 唔知佢廚房鑊油幾耐無換過定係要炸的食物實在太多, 唯有盡量食少d啦, 油膩是一定的了吃不出蛋香味, 蠔仔還有些少殼附送,

無折的炸雙棗 – 每種四粒, 太座話蟹棗比蝦棗有味, OK但唔突出囉

由於我們座嘅位置近後樓梯度門,食一餐飯兩次有客人走去門後面抽煙, 食食下一陣陣煙味攻過來幾唔舒適的環境,

順便一提, 各位食友有機會到上址用餐

約了幾個朋友去旺角吃年夜飯,很多酒樓都一早滿位,幸好「潮樓」有位,早上訂了枱後,晚上八點五位朋友準時入座。首先來客潮式功夫茶。年輕人百無禁忌,五個人共叫了七樣嘢。咸菜豬肚湯: 胡椒味濃而不太辣,鹹鹹地,幾好味。來潮州菜館,必然要吃鹵味,於是叫了「鹵水拼盤」:鹵味偏淡,汁太少,但碟內的份量有齊鴨片、豬耳、蛋等,算幾豐富。香脆雞:外皮炸得OK香脆,雞肉也腍。欖角咸肉啫啫芥蘭煲: 芥蘭就炒得幾香,但肉就不夠咸,火喉欠了些。田園燒珍菌豆腐: 豆腐燒得頗香及軟滑,蠔油味香,菌也入味南乳豬手:南乳味不足,豬手炆得不夠腍,香味不太足。最後是蠔仔粥:水多過粥,雖然還算鮮味,但感覺像飲湯多過吃粥。今晚吃了七樣菜,埋單只是$526,五個人每人一百左右,雖然食物質素普通,但如此價錢,又真係好抵,適合大夥兒聚會。

其實新鮮的食物, 只要少少調味料的配搭便可. 不過當然有些地道菜係會濃味, 但相信絕對不會蓋過食物本身的味道. 這裏好明顯食物係唔新鮮. 所有食物都食不到佢本身的味道.

平嘢無好~~~~~~~~~~ 千真萬確; 媽, 對不起, 我會請你食好的 !!

今日好好彩,去到唔晒等位,入咗去大廳個邊坐,個邊D冷氣比出面大堂凍,D伙計又叫極都唔見人......我地2個人食,叫咗一碗粥,蒜蓉蝦春卷,蝦餃,鮮蝦腸粉,黑椒牛肚,來野食時間今次算快,味道幾好,來到個時仲係熱既!不過叫咗個韮菜蝦角就無乜蝦,韮菜多已經食到好飽,之後胃食,加咗個椒鹽魷魚鬚,諗住應該會唔差...點知來到時賣相麻麻,味道.唔好食!好硬好難咬開!!!唔會再叫囉!

另外有半打壽包(…), 同埋所謂的花果茶一酌, 原來係酸梅湯…(打邊爐咩?!)

服務欠奉(可能因為免咗加一), 但食物尚可, 朋友聚會志在有個地方食個飯聚一聚傾下偈(我哋食完坐到九點幾都冇’趕客’舉動), 都可以考慮的.

呀, 係bor!! 仲有酸梅湯, 味道好岩我自己呀!!! 唔太濃唔太酸, 係我飲過既最好, 其他客人滿唔滿意就唔敢講啦

復活節假期,約了男友去旺角行街..記得潮樓都係有1蚊雞推廣,所以就拉男友再吃1蚊雞啦..之前試了隔離果間上樓吃上海野,今次就試下潮樓吃潮州野,上到去可能係復活節假期,所以食客通常都係情侶,一家大細或三五知己都有^^大約等了15分鐘左右,侍應就安排我們坐位了.坐定定之後當然要點餸啦..叫了他們最出名的蠔餅 - HK70.00, 同佢地的1蚊雞,蠔餅很油而且好細碟...因為隔離果枱都有叫...發現我地果碟特別細....不過都食左一半..無計!!!我個人覺得想比起在廟街蠔餅,我覺得廟街果D好味好多囉!!!!仲要成70蚊有D唔抵之後當然講下1蚊雞啦..-個名叫農家欖菜蔥油雞...唔知點解又係比起其他人細隻左...不過我鍾意他們放在雞面的炸蒜條,雞就無咩特別.不過1蚊...都覺得幾抵囉總結 : 如果仲有1蚊雞吃的話,可以不坊一試去吃囉..如果係無優惠就唔值得再去啦!!! 始終其他的餸真係唔平囉

今日mammy生日食飯,mammy又唔想我地用咁多錢就叫我地嚟食!有兩個侍應,都係幾串,問佢都唔會答你野.....仲要命令你!聽晒你講好唔好.....唔Q駛你做侍應啦!,由於已經係9點,所以d小菜7折,我地7個人叫左8樣野,最好食係魯水拼盆同川椒一口牛,叫o既野食都好細碟,我知7折,但份量係唔夠7 個人食o羅!其他都只係一般,最慘可能星期六多人,個壽包第三碟就上,有D離譜,加茶唔洗叫d侍應加,因為佢地都係唔會采你,等下啦!!!!!!!!!!!!!加多對碗筷都係我自己攞!要我大哥鬧先叫有番D服務!事因我見住我地D"送"一直擺起後面張臺攤凍,都無人上菜,要鬧啦,先有人上!.................下次,,,,,,,,諗諗啦!,,,平日可能去既!
