服務態度勁差，明明預約時說安排widow set，去到還沒有，預約時沒有備注。仲同我哋講而家剩係得呢啲位，你坐唔坐。然後叫經理，等了10分鐘，追問經理係咪忙緊，等了10分鐘都沒有過來。然後先慢條斯理過來，話正在安排緊，一啲交帶都沒有。之後點餐，啲侍應完全唔想過嚟，尤其是兩位男經理。 continue reading

經常光顧同集團的中菜，服務和水準一向不錯。今日首次到訪這𥚃感覺卻差天共地。首先預先訂了位置，到來卻像隨便挑個位子給我們，還要調位。原本位子的客人卻在我們到訪兩小時後才到來，可能他們指明要這個位子吧😒其中有個著圍裙的男侍應，在入座前已經感覺態度傲慢，當我們還在吃主菜便問飲咩餐茶，感覺像是催我們早點吃完離開，但環顧四周滿是空枱子，這兒不是茶餐廳，有需要這麼急嗎？食物也一般，沙律湯幾好，但主菜不佳，咖啡也不好喝，朋友說牛脊味道比較好。雖然環境舒服， 但侍應的服務態度有待改善，應該不會再幫襯。 continue reading
