To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

每次經過大角咀,第一時間都諗起呢間「星洲總廚」,真係一句嘢講晒「大件夾抵食」,佢嘅豬扒真係好出名,又係厚切,又好腍身,而且好入味!又熱辣辣,配飯配喇沙都咁好食!所以基本上台台都係叫豬扒,而且既然有得揀,咁梗係要買個喇沙啦!完全係雙重享受,佢嘅喇沙唔可以話係最好食、最正宗,但配埋個豬扒真係冇得輸!每次我都叫埋佢嘅辣椒醬,加埋落個喇沙度,湯底變得非常濃郁,真係好鬼正!配埋個餐飲都係大約$80,性價比超高! continue reading

曾經推介過這間位於大角咀的平民星菜,令人最回味就是招牌厚切豬扒,👦🏻 有時都會獨自去偷食。前段日子餐廳休業大裝修,今次重開後再試水準如何。▫️招牌厚切豬扒叻沙 $78招牌菜仍然一樣厚切大塊,每件豬扒都搭住肥膏肥肉;豬扒外層薄薄的炸粉,入口香脆,肉質都軟腍,不過多汁口感就欠奉。而叻沙相當濃郁,當日👧🏽作病味覺差都吃得出味道,不過無想象中濃稠,幸好兩款面底掛汁力可以。▪️肉骨茶(胡椒味)$88不是傳統藥材肉骨茶!入口如清湯加胡椒,味道欠奉。排骨肉嫩但無太多添加調味料,另外有辣椒黑豉油、油菜、油飯和幾粒油炸鬼配送。▫️咖央多士 $30多士都烘得香脆,入口有有微微椰香,但整體而言十分吝嗇咖央醬和牛油,圖片與實物差異甚大。▪️ 三色奶茶 $8套餐加配,黑色的馬拉椰糖、白色的黑白花奶和啡色西冷紅茶,甜味比較重,蓋過了奶味和茶香。▫️文東薑汁奶茶 $8薑味和奶香味重,但欠缺茶味。今次到訪的確比上一次遜色不少,無論招牌豬扒抑或其他菜式都感到失望。根據非正式統計,大多數傳統好食的餐廳,經過裝修之後都會大不如前。 continue reading

豬扒飯同叻沙都保持到水準好味。但肉骨茶就一次差過一次,記得最初有藥材味,湯底係黑色有蒜頭嘅,真係好經驗好好飲好正宗。但裝修後一次差過一次,上兩次係白胡椒湯,今次重衰到直頭好似豬骨濃湯宝加胡椒粉加花奶。好失望下次都唔會叫,但其他出品都唔錯。 continue reading

我成日聽人講呢間餐廳嘅叻沙好食。 今日到開奧海城, 順路過嚟專登試吓有幾好。 餐牌上食物選擇其實唔算多, 我要了一份海鮮大燴叻沙 配熱奶茶。另外加多一份滿堂椰漿飯 配凍鴛鴦桔仔話梅水。海鮮燴叻沙上枱果刻算有驚喜,幾大碗又夠香。食落口叻沙味,椰香味都非常濃香,但唔夠辣,湯底亦太過杰。 配上米粉加油麪(摻摻)。 海鮮選料算新鮮,有蝦,帆立貝,青口,魚旦等° 原隻蝦, 蝦肉夠結實, 爽口。 相反滿堂椰漿飯比較平平無奇。 椰漿飯香料味較重,椰香味唔夠。因唔食牛關係, 改轉雞扒, 雞扒肉煎得香脆,但味道幾鹹, 再加上蔥油就更鹹。 燒豬頸肉 ok。 整體上成個飯味道算普通。 continue reading
