一間平民化的酒樓始終敵不過大財團---領展。長康酒樓收費相對便宜,令我印象猶深的是四十元的特價蒸魚,其餘小菜也是約五、六十元一碟。師傅製造出的每一道菜都有鑊氣。記得有一次,叫了一個湯,怎料味道總是怪怪的,經理親自走來試味,承認廚房有失誤,我非常欣賞這麼有責任感的商家。就是那種屋邨小酒家才擁有的感覺。今天,長康酒樓結業了,雖未能在最後一天撥冗前去「道別」,心裏是挺可惜的,慨歎世事變遷,人算不如天算。

中學年代(其實都已經有八九年前),當時一開學,大家都不太稔熟,一大群人一齊來長康酒樓午膳,順便破冰。直到今年,酒樓突然間要結業,由於住得比較近的關係,與家人來吃個午餐,順便懷舊一番。搭枱是必須,對面坐着幾位婆婆,飲茶的氣氛倍增👵🏼。雖然長康酒樓掛住「就快要關門的免死金牌」,但是食物的質素也沒有隨之而下降。豉汁鳳爪、山竹牛肉、鮑汁鮮竹卷、叉燒包、沙嗲土油、金錢肚,尚算可以,但不至於要負評。山竹牛肉軟林林,牛肉成份不知有多少,枝竹吸味。土魷味道不濃,只在底下有微微沙嗲味,底下的一片豆卜吸味,沙嗲味較濃。叉燒包比較出色,外皮不厚而內容豐富,叉燒肉不少,汁夠杰而且微甜,味道不錯。金錢肚,數量眾多而且醃得入味,口感夠林,不錯。鮮竹卷大件,但內裏沒甚麼肉,以木耳等為主,空空沒質感。星期天午時間,吃了六個點心,一百四十左右,不貴但屋村酒樓而言不太便宜🤔。酒樓內也見到不少年少中年一族,大家也拿著相機手機拍照留念,可能都是看到報道說酒樓要結業才來吧。的確,在現今社會,這種舊式酒樓雖不能說是非常少有,但是在屋村樓下有這樣的舊式酒樓,就的確罕見。因為很多公屋村,都已經比領展收購😡,領展旗下的商場,很多都已經

搭枱是必須,對面坐着幾位婆婆,飲茶的氣氛倍增👵🏼。

雖然長康酒樓掛住「就快要關門的免死金牌」,但是食物的質素也沒有隨之而下降。

山竹牛肉軟林林,牛肉成份不知有多少,枝竹吸味。
土魷味道不濃,只在底下有微微沙嗲味,底下的一片豆卜吸味,沙嗲味較濃。
叉燒包比較出色,外皮不厚而內容豐富,叉燒肉不少
,汁夠杰而且微甜,味道不錯。
金錢肚,數量眾多而且醃得入味,口感夠林
,不錯。
鮮竹卷大件,但內裏沒甚麼肉,以木耳等為主,空空沒質感。



星期天午時間,吃了六個點心,一百四十左右,不貴但屋村酒樓而言不太便宜🤔。

的確,在現今社會,這種舊式酒樓雖不能說是非常少有,但是在屋村樓下有這樣的舊式酒樓,就的確罕見。因為很多公屋村,都已經比領展收購😡,領展旗下的商場,很多都已經是集團式經營,例如稻香等酒樓

長康酒樓門口,四方玻璃格格巨牆,橫幅中式畫風,門面實體四隻大字,英文名字字母脫落,都見得有點兒懷舊。

住咗青衣咁多年,間中都有幫襯呢間酒樓,因為呢條邨得一間,質素不是要求太高,但服務真的差到貼地囉,事緣今日放假,帶媽媽落去飲茶,見有好多張枱都只有一至兩個人,但啲茶杯返轉晒,代表有人,見其中一張枱冇人便坐低,啲杯又返轉晒,有個侍應走過嚟話呢張枱有人㗎,吓!究竟係咪做生意㗎,幫老細倒米,好似唔憂做咁,以後一定唔會再幫襯。

今天回到小時候,走到一個舊屋村入面既酒樓飲啖茶食個包,多想買一本小寶貝相伴。行上酒樓,有時光倒流二十年的感覺。二十年前,香港很多的老酒樓有的結業、有的改裝,所以我早忘記了那些有龍有鳳的場景。來到長康酒樓,找到位置坐下。飲咩茶?普洱滾水,普洱品質唔高,喝下去有一種味道。看看點心紙,點心款式算是正常,應該有的都有。點了個點心拼盆、魚翅餃、煎薄餅、三色糕。點心拼盆 - 入面有蝦餃x2、豆沙水晶包x2、叉燒包x2、潮州粉果x1、貴妃餃x2,餃類都做得幾好,叉燒包味道較濃,粉果皮太厚,水晶包食左半粒就食唔落去...煎薄餅 - 食到舊式個種味道,但那個粉還是落多了三色糕 - 最唔掂既一碟,好似整完再整既樣子魚翅餃 - 普普通通,還好喇總括,懷舊一流、食物質素屬能夠放進口的水平,所以要求食好野的話這裡就不適合你了。

來到長康酒樓,找到位置坐下。
飲咩茶?普洱滾水,普洱品質唔高,喝下去有一種味道。
看看點心紙,點心款式算是正常,應該有的都有。點了個點心拼盆、魚翅餃、煎薄餅、三色糕。

點心拼盆 - 入面有蝦餃x2、豆沙水晶包x2、叉燒包x2、潮州粉果x1、貴妃餃x2,餃類都做得幾好,叉燒包味道較濃,粉果皮太厚,水晶包食左半粒就食唔落去...
煎薄餅 - 食到舊式個種味道,但那個粉還是落多了
三色糕 - 最唔掂既一碟,好似整完再整既樣子
魚翅餃 - 普普通通,還好喇

總括,懷舊一流、食物質素屬能夠放進口的水平,所以要求食好野的話這裡就不適合你了。

一行七人到長康酒樓晚飯,叫左芝士焗波士頓龍蝦、燒腩仔、燒雞、冬瓜盅等等,一般菜色不過不失,都是一般屋邨酒樓水準,要求唔高近近地可以醫下肚,但芝士焗龍蝦伊麵底比較淡味,其實係無咩味,要己落鹽,另外,冬瓜盅味道及鮮味一般般,反而脆皮燒雞同燒腩仔都幾脆口好食,其他幾味小菜味道都還可接受,間中一餐半餐都還可以,有得揀都係出遠少少會比較好!

Other Info. : 其實唔脆嘅燒肉皮,可以用多種方法還原,何必唔脆,又話比客人聽脆呢???所以黎呢度買野,當真要信自己嘅眼光囉!!!
