好多時放工後都會去買煎釀三寶、碗仔翅、腸粉黎食,一路都覺得幾好食,今次突然好想食韭菜豬紅、燒賣同腸粉,於是用apps預先買定外賣拎返屋企食啦!當我返到屋企開黎食嘅時候,先發現碗韭菜豬紅得豬紅無韭菜,但返到屋企又唔想落返去,於是食左碗淨豬紅,講真,真係好失望,我去拎外賣嗰時一個人都無,無可能因為忙而整漏,唔通呢排韭菜貴? 另外啲燒賣都唔係太好食,好多粉,而腸粉啲花生醬同甜醬都好稀,豉油都亦比較少,食腸粉最重要嘅精髓係啲醬,如果啲醬杰身返啲會好啲囉!不過啲腸粉係滑嘅!我諗我下次都係食返煎釀三寶同碗仔翅算啦! continue reading

早前在Youtube上看到一段短片介紹香港的懷舊小食⛰其中炸油滋令我印象深刻,趁著週末去粉巔閒逛一轉的機會試了這間特別的小食店😙 .小食店位於屋邨商場,門面甚不起眼,跟一般的小食店一樣傳來陣陣油炸味道😛看到旁邊的餐牌就被琳琅滿目的小食嚇倒,比其他店鋪豐富了很多。本就是為油滋而來,當然來一個傳統版,而且還有很多不同的變奏版,頗為有變革的味道 .🧆炸油滋 $13 7.5/10源自客家文化的小食,由蘿蔔絲為內餡,加上五香粉、胡椒粉、蝦米和蔥花去調味,外面麵皮炸得金黃香脆,料多得快滿瀉😋 .🐙香炸魷魚嘴 $30 7/10香港非常少見的炸物小食,真的用魷魚嘴炸成,香酥的口感帶點魷魚的韌勁,令人一粒接一粒的吃,很上癮,很適合當下酒菜🍻 continue reading

回到讀書時期的粉嶺,華明街市翻身了,有空調,而且好乾淨,見到了一間平民美食店,感覺好多選擇,而且樣樣都是即炸即整好新鮮,所以一試。叫了北區少見的碗仔翅,好足料,碗仔翅的口感啱啱好,不會水汪汪的,而且好足料。我誠意推介即炸魷魚鬚,一包已經有多條,而且好粗身,因為即炸,食落去不會好乾身,唔似出面食嗰啲炸完擺咗好耐,好有口感,好香脆,而且因為唔乾身,魷魚裏面好濕潤,而且有調味,好好味。另外仲叫咗腸粉加咖喱魚蛋,咖喱魚蛋個汁出乎以外咁好味,細落去之後有啲有回味的辛辣,而且好大粒好好味。真是超好味的平民小食店,他們提供了多種不同的平民美食,實有一款啱你們,而且開到凌晨一點,經過就一定會幫襯。 continue reading

芝士條: 係可以拉絲ge芝士🤤芝士怪應該非常喜歡,本人唔芝士super fans 食左一條就收左手,但同行ge朋友自己一口氣食左5條😧👍🏻忘記左影拉絲相🤦🏻‍♀️煎釀三寶: 好欣賞佢個鮮冬菇👍🏻同行ge朋友食左炸雲呑,話好好食😋個茄子就係正常茄子啦炸魷魚鬚:超級欣賞!其實已經第三次食,第二次已經發現佢係一條條分開,唔會一吉就兩三條要咬開。今次仲留意到佢係一條條逐條炸,雖然覆等少少時間,但值得👍🏻而且佢d魷魚鬚好易咬又彈牙,唔會好似橡筋咁🙆🏻‍♀️老闆仲不停叫我,你要趁熱食!快d! 依家好食啦😆碗仔翅: 超級足料,好好味,啖啖都有料,除左好味,都係好味🙈環境黎講,因為華明街市新裝修,都幾乾淨👍🏻窗邊又有座位可以坐,不過近門口位比較熱🥵坐入d好好多👍🏻 continue reading
