位於銅鑼灣百樂中心21樓嘅Chez Bistro,試咗佢哋嘅4 Course Dinner Set!呢度嘅環境幾靚,仲可以望到跑馬地馬場嘅景色。  黑毛安格斯極級肉眼扒肉質好嫩滑,煎得岩岩好,外脆內嫩,配埋佢哋嘅特製醬汁。而且呢個4 Course Dinner Set 只係$398。不過,佢哋嘅酒就比較弱,主要係得啲house wine。用幾倍嘅價錢淨係飲到支非常普通嘅house wine,真係有啲失望。希望餐廳可以改善下酒單,提供多啲選擇。 continue reading

一向都聽過呢間餐廳主打高性價比嘅法國菜 終於有機會嚟試吓🤤 午餐嚟食,揀咗兩個main包括安格斯牛扒 同埋豬鞍呢間餐廳擺盤好靚 好有美感而且食物質素都好高 個牛扒叫七成熟啱啱好 牛味超級濃 而且唔會好韌 配埋個肉汁真係Perfect個豬鞍都超級林 有啲入口即溶嘅感覺 🫣而且啲配菜都燒得好出色餐廳環境都坐得好舒服,店員服務態度良好而且人均都係$100至$200 真係性價比超高 因為食物質素係係超班!個人嚟講絕對會回頭再食 continue reading

之前餐廳bookmark咗好耐,終於去到😆餐廳的裝修好典雅,有大玻璃窗,好光猛,仲望到跑馬地馬場,氣氛好正😊好彩我12點就入座,中午12:15後都開始好多人,下次嚟要記住book枱。主菜 澳洲和牛面頰肉白菌短通粉配牛肝菌忌廉汁 $175通粉的賣相都幾精緻,而且聞落好香。呢款通粉都幾少見,食落都幾彈牙,配牛肝菌汁勁好食。牛面頰肉非常軟腍,味道濃郁。蘑菇煮得勁香,好好食,我仲食到淡淡的酒味。通粉睇落份量唔多,但意外地好飽肚,認真唔錯👍🏻跟餐 鳳尾蝦凱撒沙律蝦好大隻,肉質仲非常爽口彈牙👍🏻生菜都好新鮮好爽脆,sauce好香,蕃茄仔好甜🤩呢個沙律都幾高質。跟餐 粟米忌廉湯湯的質地唔算濃稠,味道唔錯,湯內有好多粟米粒,加d胡椒更好飲。跟餐 餐包勁欣賞餐廳的餐包,侍應會捧住兩款餐包任君選擇,有牛角包同蒜蓉包,我好貪心咁點哂兩款試吓😍牛角包非常酥脆,外皮一咬就碎開,牛油味好香。蒜蓉包勁濃味,而且好香脆,都唔錯。跟餐 熱紅茶Chez Bistro (銅鑼灣)銅鑼灣耀華街3號百樂中心21樓*上述文章只供參考及以當時價格為準 continue reading
