李家的韓式炸雞, 在大學的時候已經品嚐過, 可能是有接觸得最久的韓式炸雞, 令我理解到炸雞也可以用筷子吃, 而不是要吃到整隻手都是油, 十分狼狽的樣子. 吃韓國炸雞基本上我也會選擇Half Half的口味, 而且也是原味和甜辣雙併, 最難體會到功力. 水準是有的, 外脆內嫩有肉汁是基本, 最重要是炸皮平均分布在雞肉身上, 沒有太厚也沒有未覆蓋的地方, 就算加了甜辣醬, 也沒有因此而令外皮軟化起來. 如果雞塊可以再大一點, 就吃得更滋味, 畢竟無骨炸雞可以容許更大塊的. 芝士年糕就一般般, 有的是拉絲感, 但年糕黏糊, 不太合我口味.
