韓劇永遠不離開炸雞,最近追劇看得炸雞癮犯,朋友帶我到他的「飯堂」吃韓炸雞!!藍色多瑙河名字很鬼馬,其實是梳打水加入蝶豆花及檸檬,有點雪碧的感覺,清爽解渴!炸雞方面,餐廳有不少口味可以選擇,我們點了半半炸雞,要了原味及甜辣口味,外皮香脆,中間留有肉汁。尤其喜歡甜辣口味,香口又惹味!牛肉炒粉絲材料有牛肉、洋蔥、紅蘿蔔、菠菜等蔬菜,韓國粉絲口感煙韌,根根分明。蒸水蛋韓式蒸蛋口感柔嫩軟綿綿,蒸蛋微微鼓起來像個小蒸糕。
