和牛漢堡,貨真價實。吃起來帶和牛獨有的油脂香。厚度適中,慢火煎得表面焦香,裡面的肉質呈粉紅色,熟度剛好。保留了肉汁和嫩度,口感上有少量的牛脂和肉筋。
在用餐過程中,遇一枱有小朋友嘅家庭, 我聽到老闆特意吩咐廚房將個牛肉漢堡煮熟少少。店家好多細節位都做得好好。

今日中午飯,去左元朗近朗屏食,由元朗廣場2/F天橋,行至安寧路,再落樓梯,行多幾步就到。因中午12點先開,去到大約12:20左右,唔駛等位,就入座。地方較細,大約有6張枱,2人枱較多。揀左假日午市定食:西京燒比目魚定食+一款免費小食(揀左蜜糖甜薯)比目魚個皮煎得很好,有啲脆邊,2件彼大和牛漢堡扒定食(揀照燒汁)+揀唐楊炸雞小食個和牛漢堡一般,煎得個賣相似蒸,唐楊炸雞微暖,反而三角迷你薯餅夠熱及脆叫左燒鳕魚棒,配沙律醬,乾身及份量算少,而價錢$32,但係好食門面唔起眼職員(侍應)服務尚可,反而廚房職員夠殷勤。整體食物係滿意,留意小舖只收現金的。
