To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 有朋自遠方來,要請朋友食飯,食物質素好味,當然是必須要的,也希望夠排場見得人。今日就係幫襯左駟馬拖車。鋪面闊落,裝修得體,簡潔乾淨,請客食飯環境氣氛甚好。可以坐低慢慢食慢慢傾。首先上場係我認為性價比最高,簡直就係鎮店之寶。亦係必食之選 - 每人一隻乳鴿。乳鴿超級Juicy,一撕開源源不絕嘅肉汁好似湧泉咁噴出嚟。令人欲罷不能。香噴噴嘅肉脆卜卜嘅皮,做特價只售$33.8。 你話唔食真係對唔住自己啦。再嚟鵝片撈麵,嗰塊滷水鵝片真係一流,厚厚嘅肉片滷得入味軟腍腍的,一入口就在牙齒之間化開。再上香煎九肚魚餅,脆卜卜嘅外皮軟軟的九肚魚。一軟一硬,神奇事情就此發生。九肚魚有一些非常之細的幼骨都煎到卜卜脆,毫不影響我一口咬下去的口感。然後係我第一次食之前都未見過嘅蘿蔔灌漿。個名同埋製作方法都非常有趣。除咗蘿蔔之外仲有蝦肉,蘿蔔嘅清新海鮮嘅濃郁,兩者味道互相輝映。跟住係今晚的重頭戲欖菜瑤柱蒸馬友。好好餸飯,條馬友有大又肥又新鮮,見到已經華華聲。欖菜同蒸魚的味道出奇的夾,再加上瑤柱勾劃出暖暖的香氣。又是一頓美好的晚餐 continue reading
