節瓜入面加入粉絲和蝦球,粉絲吸收晒節瓜和醬油味道,味道。


蟹肉石榴球
香港70、80年代嘅菜式。外型似足白色嘅小籠包,包皮係用蛋白手工整出嚟。內餡係滿滿嘅雪白蟹肉和蟹汁,充滿鮮甜味。


中華國宴鴿
又一道好考功夫嘅手工菜,首先要起哂乳鴿皮和鴿肉出嚟,然後同蝦膠一齊油炸。鴿皮香脆,鴿肉嘅油份又滲哂蝦膠度,最重要完全冇骨,真係唔係度度有得食。


櫻花蝦黑豚肉炒飯
好夠鑊氣嘅炒飯,同埋蛋粒均勻分怖係飯粒之間,又有櫻花蝦帶番啲咸香出嚟,黑豚肉又有油香,非常豐富。


最後食埋個睿招牌布甸,其實係白芝麻布甸,彈牙又唔膩。

蟹肉石榴球

中華國宴鴿
另一道好特別的菜式,要花好多時間,可能睇相就睇唔到出嚟,原來佢係拆出一隻乳鴿的肉同皮,乳鴿肉再同蝦膠混合係一齊,再將乳鴿皮組合係一齋,砌返一隻乳鴿出嚟🙈
聽到都覺得好難

鑊氣十足,充滿鹹香


最後加上佢哋嘅招牌甜品白芝麻布甸!

個個都係大忙人,但幾忙都要食飯嘅。今次開心慶祝升職飯,我又大飽口福了。朋友選了銅鑼灣呢間《睿私房菜》,訂了六人晚市尊貴套餐,每道菜式都好有驚喜!另外加了《酒香鮑魚》,一匙一隻,酒香夠晒入味都唔錯。兩款前菜好吸引,豬耳偏辣夠惹味,冷盤豬手好爽脆!好鍾意胡椒豬肚湯,越飲越辣,越辣又越想飲,靚女朋友熱到即時除外套,絕對係充滿魔性的一道湯!仲有創意無限的《冰鎮咕嚕遼參》,裏面竟然係遼參。可惜每人只得一嚿,若然多多一嚿就更完美😌再來一個《中華國宴鴿》,利用簡單複雜法,將一隻小乳鴿變成一隻大乳鴿。將蝦膠和鴿肉混合之後,再將乳鴿皮風乾五至六個鐘,然後砌返隻乳鴿形狀。味道唔錯,創意十足!最後不得不提《海鮮大良炒鮮奶》,介乎炒鮮奶和蘿蔔糕之間,加上又放了臘味粒,鹹甜曖昧,口感漿糊,大家真係唔太識欣賞,唯有將啲蝦食晒就算了,係唯一一道需要繼續改良嘅菜式。其餘菜式都各有水準。牛尾烹製夠入味,但冇乜大驚喜。最後食埋個甜品都已經好飽了。不經不覺已經三個幾鐘,偈係永遠傾唔完嘅!期待下次又再繼續😊

好鍾意胡椒豬肚湯,越飲越辣,越辣又越想飲,靚女朋友熱到即時除外套,絕對係充滿魔性的一道湯!

仲有創意無限的《冰鎮咕嚕遼參》,裏面竟然係遼參。可惜每人只得一嚿,若然多多一嚿就更完美😌

再來一個《中華國宴鴿》,利用簡單複雜法,將一隻小乳鴿變成一隻大乳鴿。將蝦膠和鴿肉混合之後,再將乳鴿皮風乾五至六個鐘,然後砌返隻乳鴿形狀。味道唔錯,創意十足!

最後不得不提《海鮮大良炒鮮奶》,介乎炒鮮奶和蘿蔔糕之間,加上又放了臘味粒,鹹甜曖昧,口感漿糊,大家真係唔太識欣賞,唯有將啲蝦食晒就算了,係唯一一道需要繼續改良嘅菜式。

蕃薯uncle約咗幾隻麻雀腳去銅鑼灣「睿私房菜」飲茶,叫細佬幫忙訂位,嘻嘻,好人獲得嘅酬勞係免費午餐!位於二十八樓嘅中菜廳佔用面積全層,一邊對住跑馬地馬場,絕對有景睇。光鮮企理嘅用餐大堂並無花巧之裝潢,餐桌與餐桌之間有足夠嘅活動空間。每位席上都有齊備嘅自用及公用餐具,十分衛生。午市點心款式唔算特別多。大路嘅蝦餃同燒賣每籠正常有四隻,經理哥哥好好人,特別安排夠五隻俾五口子一人一隻,極俱變通能力,長輩都非常感激。冰鎮咕嚕肉($188):由於細佬最後一個到,所以唔知咕嚕肉嘅份量有幾多。咕嚕肉皮層冰脆,肉質尚算鬆爽。鮮蝦蝦餃($85/五隻):蝦餃層餃皮厚得黎好黏,雖然個餡都好鮮嫩,敗筆在於食落黐住哂啲牙仔。特色燒賣皇($75/五隻):燒賣就偏實咗少少,唔係好夠油潤,莫非特色在冇落肥豬肉?!香脆咸水角($58/三隻):咸水角外脆內煙韌,味道都唔差。香煎手工蘿蔔糕($68):蘿蔔糕個賣相有啲爛溶溶,辣味多過蘿蔔味,不過起碼食落唔硬唔實嘅。XO醬炒腸粉($118):腸粉軟潤滑溜,auntie們只係略嫌XO醬份量唔夠多,未為最惹味。生炒臘味糯米飯($168):上枱先發現糯米飯用咗花生炒製,小肥因敏感問
