最好味係呢一個椒鹽魷魚,點埋啲醋仲係好香脆。甜甜酸酸好開胃!一路食其他點心,一路食吓呢一個炸物,口感真係一流。魷魚又彈牙新鮮。鴛鴦飯更加係一家大細最鍾意既,都幾落足料,雞肉ok多!色澤又靚,蕃茄唔會太酸,甜甜地,白汁飯超好味,呢盆幾乎清晒!米飯好香而且唔會太腍唔會太硬。牛柏葉有些少失望。好難咬。咀嚼咗好耐好耐都咬唔斷,完全冇咖喱味,係咖喱水。寧願叫返普通原味牛柏葉⋯⋯叉燒腸粉正呀,有份量,叉燒又多。 continue reading

其實book mark咗呢間茶樓好耐,但係實在太偏僻,所以冇打算嚟。今日仲爭冇私家車添,但係突然間屋企人心血來潮話去,咁就喺上水搭車過嚟。咁喺上水搭車過嚟又唔算太耐都係半個鐘頭到,落咗車行過天橋都係5分鐘就到啦。入到酒樓見到佢個格局,突然間諗起三聖邨嗰間廣東名門,咁我就覺得應該同一個老細啦。因為裝修同嗰邊相差無幾。講返啲嘢食先,個燒鵝雙拼套餐幾抵食二百幾蚊有燒鵝叉燒一碟炒青菜同埋一鍋奶粉,個叉燒勁腍滑好有咬口肥瘦均勻。個燒鵝都唔差,仲要係燒鵝髀。整體點心夠熱又好食,個蝦餃皮薄多汁又多蝦肉夠爽口。個魷魚鬚都幾入味個流心奶黃包超爆汁,但係個壽桃就冇想像中咁甜偏淡。當中比較差少少嘅就係隻糯米雞啲餡料真係比較遜色咗少少。所以唔好俾佢點心紙張相呃到,可以唔叫。蛋散夠鬆化,嗰椰皇都幾清甜,值得一試。咁樣食吓,都九百幾蚊埋單,係有少少貴,但大部分食物水準都值得嘅。 continue reading

廣東名門位置較隱世, 要從元朗港鐵站再坐小巴入去或者有自己車嘅朋友就會方便啲, 見餐廳嘅停車場都幾大,晚飯時間會泊滿車!一去到門口就好有私房菜feel, 餐廳裝修不俗配以各種擺設,環境舒適不失格調。另外見到門外都有位置可以坐,相信依家太熱,涼啲先會開馳名燒汁牛肋骨成條牛肋骨放咗上碟,好誇張啊!牛肋肉細嫩順滑,相信已經燉咗一段長時間。 本身牛味十分濃郁, 燒汁稍甜但伴以洋蔥等配料同牛肋肉味道出奇地夾。薑蔥豆鼓滑雞煲滑雞半身滑溜有底味,食得出係有走過油,香口而不會有膩感。配料同樣好味,彩椒,豆鼓,蔥蒜等令整道茶式融合,送飯之選!名門太子炒飯通常炒飯就食到師博功架, 呢個炒飯絕對係水準之上。金黃色炒飯中輔以菜粒,松子仁,蟹子,馬蹄等令炒飯香口又有口感。 本身炒飯炒得非常乾身,粒粒分明。特別一提炒飯入面有幾粒青豆,唔食就要提前講啦! continue reading
