不是潮州人,只曉得點一兩味潮州名物。鹵鵝肉質尚算嫩滑,但鹵水鹹而不夠香。蠔烙說是煎,卻似是炸出來,食落味鹹了些,粉漿亦略嫌多。基本上只得一些魷魚的簡單炒米,同樣頗濃味。唯有石榴雞相對上清淡些,不過4件索價$60,不便宜,不太懂得欣賞。清心丸綠豆爽則比較理想,清心丸夠多之外,亦吃得出豐富的綠豆蓉。侍應的服務態度不可說差,不過奇怪剛開門營業半句鐘,廚房卻要開飯,因此催促落單,結帳又起碼$300才收卡,自然沒有好感。

Mom chose this place for Chinese New Year Dinner because she saw all the great comments.... Turned out.....Food was good. Just that the waiter who served out pushed us for too much food. We hated this kinda service. Ruined all the good food. The lady, perhaps the owner of the restaurant, probably heard of our grumble, came to serve us and ameliorated the atmosphere right away. 食友一日前相約飯局,有香檳,又有好耐冇食嘅潮州菜,剛巧又冇約,當然立即say yes啦!!先介紹香滑無比,入口即溶嘅滷水鵝肝!!! 只係$55一碟,份量又多又好味,我地忍唔住要多叫一碟. 本想雙拼,但食友覺得太好味,要叫一整碟!!! 最後當然都清碟啦!!!沙嗲牛肉炒芥蘭,沙嗲味夠濃,牛肉又夠腍,芥蘭靚,難怪係招牌菜之一.炒鵝紅太老,有啲失望. 不過蒜芯就好爽好好食!!滷水鵝片拼豬耳,鵝片極之嫩滑,可惜豬耳咬唔開,我忍唔住叫老細嚟試試,佢都頂唔順吐咗,換過全碟鵝片. 豬耳放咗一整日風乾咗,其實切果陣都應該感覺到,唔應該攞俾客食. 扣分!好彩滷水鵝翼十分入味,又夠腍,補番之前不足.椒鹽白飯魚十分肥美,炸漿夠薄身又均勻,又係要推介!!!最搞笑係個餐牌,大家下次去一定要留意個英文名!!一定包係笑爆咀!!!

9. "老"水大腸- 呢碟真係小喇叭!! 擺明未"老"夠就上枱, 硬到咬唔入, 連大腸d膏都係未煮軟, 睇到都知未得. 叫部長黎試一舊, 佢只拎走碟野, 然後話"師傅話得喎, 你唔鐘意咪取消囉". 你d出品咁嘅水準, 我當然唔會比錢!
10. 水晶飽- 紅豆好食, 蓮蓉太甜

另加的小菜有川椒雞(份量不多﹐不過雞肉都炒的很嫩﹐也不算太油膩﹐可以) 和菜脯蛋(煎得很香口﹐用來送飯/粥一流)。

老闆見是幾十年前的老主顧﹐就送甜品﹐清心丸綠豆爽﹐算幾有人情味。

我都到食過,叫就唔多,只係叫:1,鹵水鵝片K呀,不過不失2,椒鹽九肚魚:上碟時散收收,不好看,食落又唔夠乾食,唔係太好.3,潮洲抄米粉:食落幾香口,但如果鍾意食清淡人會覺得油.但座位好舒服,又有落地玻璃可睇街景,環境算清靜.

得知潮州邨遷往銅鑼灣廣場,不禁有點高興,此店食物上佳,只是舊店環境未算最理想,上次和小頭去就不幸地碰上了小強,新店應該會有改善吧。不過第一次上來就等不到位,這晚早點到,總算不用等。新店裝修樸實,一貫潮州老闆的風格,店雖不算大,但已比舊店多了一倍座位,侍應也多聘了幾個,不過老闆和老闆娘仍是親力親為,不改其小店風格,這是我喜歡此店的原因之一。點了幾個菜,另每人一碗蠔仔粥。韭菜花炒鵝紅是小卡偷聽老闆介紹給鄰桌後點的,鑊氣非常夠,韭菜花鮮嫩,絕不會「起渣」;鵝紅比豬紅及鴨紅結實,口感十分特別。不過現在的鵝不是都冰鮮入口的嗎,鵝血是從哪裡來的?不得不吃是鵝片配鵝肝,別處吃不到這裡的嫩滑滷水鵝肝,每次吃還是不免讚不絕口;這天的鵝片亦比之前弄得出色,味濃且不是乾和韌,好吃。老闆介紹的遼參扣鵝掌,是遼參鵝掌扣鮑魚的「抵食版」,後者要接近二百元一份,而遼參扣鵝掌只售五十五元,但卻是同一煲精製貨色,單是吃那功夫和鮑汁,已經值回票價。遼參和鵝掌都燜得極腍極入味,差點想來個白飯伴鮑汁吃。蠔仔粥除了新鮮的蠔仔(蚵仔)外,還有柴魚和肉碎,那湯鮮甜得很,又是沒話說的好味道。買單三百多,價錢比以前差不多,要吃正統潮州

估唔到呢度都幾細,同韓雅林share同一層。安排咗我同男友坐喺一張卡位檯,好舒適。仲對住部大電視添。餸菜不太大碟,可以多點幾款。但我倆不算太大食,所以只點了迷你潮州粿,一咸一甜,咸的應該是韮菜粿,而甜的應該是鼠殼粿掛,一黑一綠的,幾好味。芋頭滑雞,芋頭汁味香濃,配上雞肉,送飯一流。金華四寶蔬,有冬瓜、白菜、津菜、冬菇、磨菇、蘿蔔及金華火腿等做材料,但味道太鹹了,不合格。最後更點了生磨合桃糊及福果綠荳爽做甜品,後者比較好,但也只是一般,不吃也罷。順帶一提,侍應招呼不錯,值得稱讚。
