母親節黎食飯,鴻運乳豬全體,上湯焗西澳龍蝦伊麵,碧綠花姿蚌片,田園脆炸百花蝦丸,紅燒海皇燴翅,清整大沙巴龍躉,壕皇金錢扣鮑魚,當紅脆皮燒雞,流心壽桃包。8樣野都唔好食,壽桃包係最好食個個。唔好食都算,仲要受氣,服務態度極差,尤其係收銀,唔知以為得罪佢,埋單想要翻張單都要比佢串,然後我望一望張單見到收多左一個外賣盒錢(兩蚊),諗住兩蚊由佢啦費事煩,純粹同佢講翻聲收多左個盒錢,然後個收銀一口咬定一個係膠袋錢,都係兩蚊冇收多。我總共要左一個外賣盒同一個膠袋,應該係4蚊。然後佢就好唔耐煩叫我等佢搵經理,咁當然唔會為左個兩蚊我成家企係到等你再去搵人然後再重複講咩事啦。唔明點解去食飯仲要受氣,本身都唔係兩唔兩蚊嘅問題,就算真係要計個兩蚊都係我嘅兩蚊。母親節當日個場都好靜,咁嘅態度冇人去都好正常,如果節日好忙我都仲話體諒有甩漏,又唔忙又態度差,唔會再去。 continue reading

下午茶點九開始派飛,雖然前台都係黑口黑面,但都係拎張飛姐冇野既。下午茶規定坐到3點半就要交枱,大中小點以小點計,其中有棗皇糕,鵪鶉燒賣等懷舊點心,十分推薦。餐廳環境闊落,唔會又迫又嘈。 continue reading

公司飯局訂咗太子始創中心嘅潮.悅,酒樓位於4樓,但喺後面部上有啲難搵,酒樓裝修好新,天花幾支水晶燈好光猛。先來乳豬全體,而家新式乳豬全體係無骨,唔會好肥豬皮夠脆,一人兩件,唔錯。上湯龍蝦伊麵,都算大碟伊麵幾多,龍蝦大件,啱啱一人一件,龍蝦新鮮走油彈牙。碧綠花枝蚌片大大碟,食極都有。脆炸鳳尾蝦多士,酒樓都有得食,熱辣辣即炸,多士香脆,上面蝦滑包住鮮蝦,灑上芝麻夠Q彈。燉雞湯,成盅用料十足,湯濃好飲。清蒸龍躉就有點失色,一來過晒火,二來條魚有啲味,唔好食。脆皮燒雞係冰鮮雞,都炸得唔錯,最緊要皮夠脆,有雞油香唔會梅。仲有個什菌浸豆苗有啲油,不過食落好香好滑,豆苗夠嫩。 continue reading

前晚我和家人去了太子始創四樓的潮悅酒樓,這是我們平時常去的飲茶地方,但晚上是第一次光顧。雖然那晚的客人還算不少,7-8成滿的情況已經相當不錯。我們點了幾道菜,包括上湯龍蝦伊麵、西蘭花炒龍躉球、燒腩仔和潮州小炒王。每道菜的味道都很鮮美,特別是龍蝦伊麵,湯頭鮮濃,讓人回味無窮。燒腩仔的皮脆肉嫩,搭配小炒王,口感更是絕佳。總共四個人AA制,最後每人只需付約$240,性價比相當高。除了美食,服務態度也值得一提,服務員熱情周到,讓我們感受到賓至如歸的感覺。整體來說,這次的晚市經驗非常滿意,未來一定會再來光顧! continue reading
