很久没吃潮州菜,今次朋友請,來了摩頓台的潮薈,好像走進50年代,懷舊的佈置很精緻,聽説很多裝飾品是老板外遊時買回來的。今晚朋友點了檸檬鴨湯, 鹵水鵝片拼鹅翼、炒筍殼、煎蠔餅、大白菜煮魚肚、梅菜扣肉, 都市傳統潮州菜式。鴨湯上枱已聞到陣陣檸檬清香,沒加味精,是其他潮州菜館少有的菜式;鹵水鵝片及鹅翼,十分入味; 炒筍殼十分惹味,不太懂吃筍殼的我,也忍不住多吃了幾口;潮州菜不可不吃的煎蠔餅,師父煎得十分甘香;朋友知道女士要吃蔬菜,所以點了大白菜煮魚肚,魚肚厚厚的,加上鮮甜的湯汁,正!梅菜扣肉加白飯,既邪悪又不可不吃!吃到飽飽,也吃不下我喜愛的糖醋麵!聽說潮薈有點心吃,點心是師父即場做的, 跟市面上工場製作不同,一定要找機會去試試他們的點心!

胡椒豬肚湯,味道唔夠濃,齋辣。

蝦棗蟹棗,冇蝦蟹味。

豉汁蒸鱔,好削。

黃豆涼瓜排骨煲、糖醋麵,不過不失。

唔該還番個潮州邨我!

今日與同事到銅鑼灣摩頓台灣景樓食午餐,我們order了鹵水飯,鵝肉非常入味亦很有鹵水汁香味。而我另一位同事亦叫了雜錦鹵水飯買相非常豐富,樣樣有齊鹵水豆付.蛋.紅腸.鵝腸(超入味正呀)。我們要求再加鹵水汁,服務員亦好有禮貌地即時加多D鹵水汁給我們。店裡亦有點心order我們order了牛栢葉(好入味必食)。此外店裡提供三款小吃亦好好味啊^ ^今次都是第一次試此店,非常有驚喜,享受了一頓豐富午餐,因在附近工作所以都好方便,下次一定會再次幫襯。

他們裝修改名前我已試過他們的美食。 今天朋友告知我們這店重新開幕,朋友們已大叫GOGOGO~ 今天我們便去試了午餐因我們也愛吃飯,点了一個炒飯,2個滷水飯,加上不同美食… 蚵仔,蜆也用料新鮮,炒法有鑊氣又乾身,內裏卻充滿鮮甜美汁。送飯一流。 另外滷味滷汁入味,肉料新鮮,吃得出選用上乘材料,不會像其他潮州店甘,以為用滷水汁可蓋過肉料。這點看到潮薈真是用心承傳。值得我們支持。 另外他們裝修後,店舖比之前更精緻,真正做出色,香,味,境,4大優點。真是好合適我們有要求的香港人一試。 朋友們已約下次再試晚餐。
