To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 一行人有大人同2個小朋友去飲茶,呢間本身都唔係平,叫中價位,去到已經震用qr 落code 點野,最攪笑係茶位都係system 落,但落左人數無得擇飲乜菜,到食物都上,要搵人手落到加熱水,收碟全都是自來,但呢d service 收10percent service charge ,位又迫,櫈貼住隔離,想行出去都好唔方便。人手不足,d 送餐機械人廢架,去到附近是我地自己把用完架碟放上去!服務差端野食是掉去台架,d china 撞到卡卡聲!熱蠔仔肉碎粥咁大盅用掉,如果瀉出好危險。野食老水豆腐腎,鹹到生腎石,而燒賣偏多肥肉,仲有陣臭豬味有baby 要bb 高櫈,又是叫幾次等好耐先有人拎來! continue reading

來到上環. 就選擇到上環無極限潮江春飲早茶。服務態度一般。 其實唔明點解辣椒油唔可以放喺點心車度。又要叫侍應攞。成日話唔夠侍應。叫咗香煎韭菜棵、雞扎、擂沙煎堆仔、炸兩腸粉。韭菜棵煎得好香。蝦餃夠薄皮。擂沙煎堆仔。夠鬆脆及芝麻味濃厚。好似雷沙湯丸餡料。 但係炸兩腸份就不好吃。炸兩入邊嘅油炸鬼不鬆脆好林。 不過最離譜嘅就係雞扎入邊有條蟹柳。而條蟹柳個膠袋膠紙原條未拆。唔明廚房點解可以包到原條有膠袋蟹柳都唔知。雞扎好有問題。 continue reading

前排,爸爸生日於是約埋一家人選一間酒樓食飯,我地夾夾埋埋都有12人啱啱好坐到一圍,於是就約去潮江春食飯去到發現原來有一個非常抵食嘅套餐。 12人一圍都只係2900百幾,實在非常抵食,油塘知道甜品總共10碟菜。而且店舖四周環境寧靜可以一邊進食一邊傾談。整個晚餐裏,我最欣賞就是燒雞和炒飯,整晚裡全部人都食到很飽,桌上還有剩很多餸菜。頭盤都幾好食這個就一般正常湯也不錯這個幾入味鮑魚就一般這個雞我最愛魚就實係養魚,所以不會有特別。綠豆苗我一般,因為草青味較濃炒飯就正,我最欣賞最後炸糖霜芋頭,我又麻麻地喜歡。但整餐全家人坐得舒服,味道又ok,食得開心,就值得啦。 continue reading

新年同屋企人出街食飯, 去咗位於上環嘅潮江春飲茶食點心<柱候牛什>好耐都冇食過潮江春嘅柱候牛什, 咁多年水準依舊, 軟潤入味<炸乳鴿>媽媽同大食妹一樣咁鍾意食炸乳鴿, 嗌咗一隻兩個人share啱啱好即叫即炸, 新鮮香脆<春卷>春卷果然都唔錯, 香口脆卜卜<香煎臘味芋絲糕(左)及煎韭菜菓(右)>芋絲糕同韭菜菓相對其他煎炸野比較失色, 食落有啲油膩<XO醬蘿蔔糕>XO醬蘿蔔糕都係麻麻地, XO醬有啲死咸, 無XO醬應有嘅香味<黑糖馬拉糕>大食妹本身唔係特別鍾意食糕點類, 但呢份黑糖馬拉糕鬆軟之餘又帶點黑糖香, 推介大家一定要食<燒賣>中規中矩, 口感彈牙<蝦醬鮮魷>醬汁怪一定要食蝦醬鮮魷, 鮮味十足又帶有鹹香<豉汁鳳爪>大食妹最愛嘅點心, 滿滿嘅骨膠原<龍蝦湯鮮竹卷>龍蝦湯唔算好濃郁, 感覺比較健康 continue reading
