To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 冇侍應帶位🤔,門口畀張紙仔嚟,寫住個枱號,自己行入去再搵自己張枱。坐低第一個感覺係凍🥶,好大冷氣,非常凍,記得帶外套。
店舖內部分位置有落地大玻璃🤩,望見大圍出面嘅景,都幾開揚光猛,裝修精緻 ,座位就迫夾些,同埋比較嘈吵😞。
我哋三個人,嗌咗四樣嘢,大約15分鐘就上菜,有椒鹽九肚魚,方魚瑤柱肉碎粥, 蟹肉花膠羹 和 打冷拼盤。 花膠蟹肉羹最好味,同埋份量都足💗,真係有相當數量蟹肉同花膠響入面,椒鹽九肚魚炸得脆同埋唔油膩, 魚肉嫩滑😋, 方魚瑤柱肉碎粥就搵唔到瑤柱喇😂。
3個人兩大一細食咗575蚊,cp值一般😏,但勝在冇限時,如果同朋友要傾計,可以傾耐少少🤭,其他食肆午餐時間通常都有時限。
拎完飛入座嘅時候,完全冇人帶位,要自行向待應查詢,待應亦都要諗下枱號先得,入坐後無人問需要咩茶,加水就更加唔洗講我地有小朋友,BB櫈亦都要自己攞
食物方面無乜特別,都係咁上下
龍蝦湯餃子,無乜味。
牛肉腸粉,個皮有啲厚。
沙律明蝦角,唔錯。
另外落單用QR Code,在場有好多公公婆婆,表示完全唔方便。
買單嘅時候,同待應講埋單,佢話好,不過完全冇反應,我哋等咗大約10分鐘都冇人過嚟,最後自己行去收銀處埋單

蛋白杏仁茶係未完食主菜,未叫上已經上了,我們拒絕上,但到了差不多完食主菜叫上時,等了大半個鐘,催了疑似部長3次都唔到,唔想再浪費時間,堆單走人, 一句“唔好意思”都冇
堆完單走時,又聽到另一檯因菜太耐未到要cut單
咁既服務,令原本好好既食飯氣氛破壞了!

感覺是混合了比較多的魚肉
有魚味 真的很好吃
另外食了沙嗲牛肉河粉、咕嚕肉、砂煲雞

也簡單好吃

因為他比美心集團的其他餐廳都要好食
