To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 服務態度奇差，縱使食物尚可，到永久Blacklist不會幫襯兩點開始下午茶，到三點近乎所有員工忙於執碗set場圍板準備晚市， 感覺上趕人走要人埋單，係等人埋單又冇人理， 最後自己出去埋單，點知比收銀姐姐鬧我哋話呢間分店客人係需要坐喺自己個位叫員工埋單， 唔可以擅自去收銀處埋單…期間另外一位女侍應加入然後質問我點解要自己行出嚟埋單？我解釋話喺個位等咗好耐都冇侍應你哋啲侍應全部忙於執枱set場，佢好串咁話點會呀？如果係嘅話我哋都執咗啦，態度非常惡劣仲要呢不停喺度埋怨我自己行出嚟埋單…好啦，最後拎張八達通比錢， 點知員工用極之差嘅態度話我哋集團唔收八達通.食完都背脊骨落，下次都唔會幫襯

請間酒樓服務態度極差1, 唔係熟客坐底食野，叫人冇人理，侍應子同熟客傾計，叫人叫左20分鐘都冇人睬你，要好大聲哎，先至望一望。2, 加左2個甜品，一個楊枝甘露，一個椰皇燕窩，上左楊枝甘露，食完，燕窩冇一直出現。3, 冇人理，自己走去埋單，話坐返低，有人幫你，我話我搵唔到人幫才自己行出來埋單。話點左燕窩冇來，佢哋話我哋都冇燕窩，我話單上有才落單，落單果時又唔講，浪費時間等了又等。

Worst dim sum I have ever tasted. The fruit salad crispy wonton is absolutely disgusting. It was just fruit salad on top of the fried dumpling wrapper. There was no filling or any stuff in the wonton. Just wonton wrapper. The price of 3 of that wonton wrappers with fruit salad is 30 dollars. 10 dollars a piece. What a scam!!! The prawn dumpling is the best thing in the restaurant. Still I will give the prawn dumpling a 3.5 out of 5. My overall rating is 1.5 out of 10. Wouldn’t come back.
