星期一逛深水埗,晚上朋友提議食烤魚,我們就決定去川大哥試試,餐廳有室內和半室外兩部份,燈光頗有情調,與一般烤魚店很不一樣。燒烤拼盤,129元有16串串燒,真係幾抵食,而且種類都幾多,有雞翼、香腸、雞臂、牛肉.......燒得好惹味,肉質不會乾,可保持食材的肉汁。酸菜烤江團魚,江團魚肉質夠滑,外皮烤得酥脆,再浸泡在酸菜湯慢慢滾滾,夠晒入味,微脆的外皮加上嫩滑的魚肉,滲透出酸辣的香味,的確不錯。墨魚丸,放進酸菜湯內煮,吸收了湯汁的香味,而且爽口彈牙,好味。娃娃菜錫紙燒,都幾大份,加了蒜頭和辣椒一齊燒,配合娃娃菜本身帶有甜味,味道香濃美味。燒茄子,好大條,燒得好香,一端上已聞到陣陣香味,加上真的燒得好靚,未食就流口水。自已製無糖冷泡茶,減肥人士恩物,我喜歡玫瑰烏龍,有淡淡玫瑰花香,與烏龍茶好夾。

墨魚丸,放進酸菜湯內煮,吸收了湯汁的香味,而且爽口彈牙,好味。

娃娃菜錫紙燒,都幾大份,加了蒜頭和辣椒一齊燒,配合娃娃菜本身帶有甜味,味道香濃美味。

燒茄子,好大條,燒得好香,一端上已聞到陣陣香味,加上真的燒得好靚,未食就流口水。

自已製無糖冷泡茶,減肥人士恩物,我喜歡玫瑰烏龍,有淡淡玫瑰花香,與烏龍茶好夾。

接下來是燒烤組合 這是我們的另一個驚喜 有雞中翼、雞軟骨、雞腎、牛肉、羊肉和雞肉香腸 各種不同的肉品串燒 每一款師傅都處理得剛剛好 保持了肉質的嫩滑和風味的鮮美 份量也多 肉的質素也很不錯
