念川居嫂子們聚餐, 選了旺角新世紀的念川居, 因爲環境清優, 本想靜靜地傾心. 誰知星期一, 是這麼多客人, 半圓式的客座也沒有了, 退而求其次選了另一邊的半卡座, 人多故場地是鬧哄哄的. 今晚點了魚香茄子煲, 柱候牛筋煲, 魚湯鮮腐竹浸菜心, 粟米魚塊, 咕嚕肉, 四川擔擔麵.魚香茄子配白飯一絶, 牛筋煲, 牛筋入口即溶,好吃但就是太油膩了. 粟米魚塊,魚塊炸得剛剛好, 不油香脆, 另上粟米濃汁, 自調質感.咕嚕肉也不錯, 香,甜,脆. 收尾來一客擔擔麵, 辣是分開的一小碟, 不愛吃和愛吃辣的, 兩者皆宜. 整體75%.  continue reading

唔想諗,揀咗個2人餐。蒜泥白肉入口第一啖覺得蒜泥「嗱」口,不過食多幾啖又會覺得想再食。杏汁豬肺湯有滿滿的湯料,其中還包括被麼到細細粒的杏仁沫,整盅湯真係好杏。主角酸菜桂花魚,可惜桂花魚有養魚通病,帶有輕微泥味,失色!整個餐最特別的花生芽炒西瓜皮,口感豐富清爽,非常特別🤤無得揀河蝦,唯有揀牛筋配擔擔麵,麵滑身,牛筋爽口,好味👍🏻最後甜品揀咗生磨芝麻卷,芝麻味濃郁,水準之作😌套餐以呢個價位,算係普普通通啦。 continue reading

呢間位於moko既高級川菜,地方寬敞舒適。我哋第一次嚟食當然試吓佢既青椒桂花魚😙魚肉質地嫩滑,青椒湯底清香而惹味,非常開胃。另外今次從試咗羊腩煲,非常出色,羊腩完全冇臊味,而且炆好入味。 continue reading
