今天終於來到位於中環的西班牙餐廳 @chueca.hk,門口的裝潢真的是超級吸引!🤩 一直想試試他們的Tasting Menu,這次終於如願以償,有五款前菜、主菜和甜品,質素意外地好《前菜》🔸俄羅斯薯仔沙律:俄羅斯薯仔沙律,口感滑嫩,奶香濃郁,頂部的三文魚籽更是增添了鹹香,讓整體味道層次分明,真的是我的最愛!😍🔸吞拿魚他他:新鮮的吞拿魚搭配綠色牛油果泥,清新的口感讓人耳目一新,還有脆脆的海藻,讓每一口都充滿驚喜!🥑🔸50個月伊比利亞火腿蕃茄多士:火腿的香氣濃郁,搭配脆脆的水晶麵包,每一口都讓人感受到西班牙的熱情,這道真的是火腿控不可錯過的!🥖🔸酥炸火腿丸子:外層金黃酥脆,內裡的火腿餡料濃郁滑順😋🔸炸帕德龍甜青椒:微微的苦味和鹹香交織,完美開胃!🌶️
