本身見佢一份諗住唔會好多,點知竟然有半打,扺食過其他串燒。本身佢黎錯左清酒煮帆立貝,但同芝士比我一定係揀芝士,侍應都好快手整過份比我。見到啲芝士完全鋪滿左,真係超多芝士,除左芝士外,入面仲有好多蒜蓉好惹味,但量好似太多(食完小心有口氣哈哈),最估唔到係帆立貝啲肉好新鮮,咬落爽口多汁!


整體黎講,試左都幾多野但呢到實在太多選擇,好多野想試但個胃無咁大
以串燒黎講幾抵食,同以往食既比較呢到較淡口啲無咁濃味,所以食完唔會話好口乾或者覺得食左好多調味

好耐都冇食過串燒,就約左幾個朋友黎左呢間食。一去到就梗係睇食咩啦。我地就簡左烤蒜蓉包,涼拌皮蛋,川味涼拌海蜇,烤芝士金菇,燒原條茄子同埋燒牛柳粒。咁多樣入面,最正嘅係烤芝士金菇,茄子同牛柳粒。就講係芝士金菇先,芝士嘅分量絕對唔少,食嘅時候係啱啱燒好咁上,芝士可以拉出黎,好好食! 再到茄子啦,茄子係我至愛,所以都好鐘意食,不過略嚴有啲多油。 而牛柳粒係抵食之選,份量都算大,食落又唔韌。 而烤蒜蓉包就不過不失啦,唔會話太過硬,都算唔錯。涼拌系列係俾左另外一個感覺我嘅,就係皮蛋唔似譚x咁嘅,味道都好特別。 整體黎講,我同朋友們都好滿意今次嘅晚飯!

咁多樣入面,最正嘅係烤芝士金菇,茄子同牛柳粒。就講係芝士金菇先,芝士嘅分量絕對唔少,食嘅時候係啱啱燒好咁上,芝士可以拉出黎,好好食!

的確呢度有大size嘅Hoegaarden,不過因為揸車關係,叫左杯青蘋果汁,入面有啲一粒粒嘅果肉,啲果肉好甜,杯野都唔差,不過下次我都係叫返Hoegaarden最穩陣!
後話:而家食野唔覺唔覺,叫左啲肥妹女友鐘意食嘅添,大獲,我會唔會遲早被同化,變肥仔…

值得一讚係餐廳無咩油煙味,通常好多人食完串燒都會成身燒烤味,呢到做得好好,食完個身都唔會好重味,抵讚

昨晚吃了雞煲加鮮蝦、菜、雜丸、芽菜,並叫了羊肉和韭菜串燒,再叫了五花茶和蔘蜜。可惜大部分的食物非常令人失望,所謂鮮蝦,其實已死了好一段時間,肚腹部分有少許變黑,肉質都是霉的,一點彈性都沒有。至於羊肉燒得過了火,也沒有羶味,都不像一般吃的羊肉,芽菜也沒有切尾。最過份的是,那些五花茶和蔘蜜,竟然是鴻福堂產品,還要成支上。這餐飯真的不知所謂。

呢間串燒專門店叫重慶燒位於佐敦,附近都有幾間分店,主要提供海鮮燒烤系列及烤肉串燒,而且食物會配上秘製醬汁,味道似足重慶四川既感覺。另外交完order紙,待應會問客人食辣既程度,非常細心。首先,嗌左幾種平時都會食既串燒,燒花枝丸,燒雞軟骨串,燒豬頸肉串,燒司華力腸,燒豬仔脾。味道相當出色,醬汁配合得好好,雖然製作時間比較長,食落去熱辣辣,d肉都唔會韌。另外,嗌了一份蒜蓉焗美國石蠔,一份有6隻而且d蠔食落好鮮。另外嗌左一份燒原條茄子及芝士牛油焗金茹菜,茄子製作得很滋味,d金茹好香芝士味而且食完都的唔會好漏。最後,燒烏頭魚是最出色的,食落好鮮魚味,另外配上辣醬幾特別。

另外,嗌了一份蒜蓉焗美國石蠔,一份有6隻而且d蠔食落好鮮。另外嗌左一份燒原條茄子及芝士牛油焗金茹菜,茄子製作得很滋味,d金茹好香芝士味而且食完都的唔會好漏。最後,燒烏頭魚是最出色的,食落好鮮魚味,另外配上辣醬幾特別。

自從家附近的串燒店執了後,很久都沒有吃過串燒了。聽朋友介紹這家重慶燒很好吃的,就決定放假特意過來一試了!因為不太餓,所以只點了數款試試看。店內的位置不窄,坐得舒適。燒韮菜每次吃串燒都必點的!韮菜燒得很香,不會燒得太乾。配上燒烤的汁,十分野味。燒菠蘿菠蘿有六到七件,燒得外面帶小許焦香。菠蘿很多汁,又夠甜,而且不會很多根。燒大海蝦(7寸)海蝦很大隻,足7寸,燒得很香,而且很新鮮,蝦肉是彈牙的。燒芝士丸芝士丸鎖住了汁,內裹的芝士半溶拉絲,配上自家製的辣味粉,又是另一翻風味!汁燒帆立貝一串有三粒,滿滿的搽上了燒汁。帆立貝肉質彈牙,很入味。配上燒汁甜甜的,很有日式的風味。蒜茸大蜆大蜆是一鍋的送上來,樣子有點像清酒煮蜆。蜆的份量多,肉身厚且鮮甜,不會帶沙。是難得比較清和不熱氣的好選擇。烏龍茶串燒都比較熱氣,所以點了烏龍茶來解渴。這裹上菜快,而且食物質素也不錯。如果經過附近,可以來試試喔!
