冬天想吃的東西有很多,例如蛇羹、大閘蟹、羊腩煲。某天看報紙見到有飲食機構做大閘蟹滋補蛇羹宴,可以吃到蛇、羊,蟹、鵝、繕,半席賣1488元,這個價格很吸引,於是約齊朋友星期六去大吃一頓。選了時代廣場樓上的鐘廚,交通方便。食店門面不是很大,但內廳很深,一列食桌從頭放到尾,有卡座有圓桌,今晚全部有客,整間食店十分熱鬧。待應雖然不夠但服務還可以。我們選半席套餐,說是六人份量,但我們七人去吃也足夠。江南五小碟可視為開胃前菜,胡麻雞絲粉皮,粉皮色澤晶瑩,內有花生和青瓜絲,拌勻麻醬同吃,好味道。涼拌海哲,海哲清爽,醬汁入味。陳醋雲耳,雲耳細細隻,入口爽,陳醋酸甜適中。宮廷蘿蔔,是一款甜酸汁醃漬的蘿蔔,口感酸爽。拍蒜青瓜,青瓜顏色嫩綠,吃起來爽脆清新瓜味濃郁。五款食物各有特色,醬汁都是酸酸甜甜,吃完令人胃口大開。古法雙冬羊腩煲,一大煲放在石油器爐上加熱。煲內的食材除了羊腩外還有冬菇,馬蹄,竹荀,腐竹。醬汁濃稠合適,不過鹹或過淡,羊腩炆得夠腍,啖啖肉,容易咀嚼。滋補蛇羹,大大鍋,每人可分到滿滿一碗,蛇羹材料充足,每一口都有食材進口,羹有一定黏稠度,綿綿密密充塞咀裏。脆皮燒鵝皇,有半隻。鵝皮燒得焦紅有光澤

脆皮燒鵝皇,有半隻。鵝皮燒得焦紅有光澤,肉質細嫩,入口時肉汁滲出,皮帶微脆。我更喜歡伴碟的醬黃豆,粒粒分明有味道,不太硬,現在很少見到有菜式用醬黃豆伴碟的。
蒸繕片,一圈圈圓圓的繕件吸收了豉汁的精華,啖啖甘香,啖啖肉。
清蒸大閘蟹,剛蒸好的大閘蟹,細細隻,熱騰騰。打開蟹身看,蟹膏不至於很多,但也吃到點點潤滑蟹黃。因為要吃大閘蟹,我們要了兩枝花雕酒,酒樓提供暖酒的杯具還不錯。
蛇汁唐生菜,今次這菜的口感像沙律菜,很清爽。我有些朋友覺炒得不夠腍,我反而喜歡爽口。
生炒糯米飯,軟糯而不黏牙,飯內混和了臘腸粒,蝦米子,冬菇絲,吃起來很有香味。
套餐的菜式已很豐富,但見到此店有很多食客叫乳鴿吃,乳鴿做買一送一優惠,於是我們也叫來吃。果然是很好味道。上檯時看到每隻鴿身都是燒得紅紅且發出油光,並帶有熱熱的香氣,入口時肉質嫩滑還滲出美味的肉汁。吃乳鴿每人都送一小杯杯熱情果汁,待應說果汁可以吃鴿前當開胃飲,也可以吃鴿後當去膩飲,想得十分周到。
餐後有圓肉薑茶飲,每人一碗,內有桂圓肉和杞子,薑味甚濃,因為很熱所以入口更覺辣度十足,這茶果然夠薑。
今次吃了很多冬天才有的菜式,真是大大滿足我們的食慾。

昨晚跳舞班同學相約銅鑼灣時代廣場吃長腳蟹晚餐,一到步立即點咗2隻乳鴿($68買一送一)和一隻蟹先($198/斤、約4斤半)- 因為侍應話起碼要20-30分鐘;坐落發現入坐率竟有9乘滿,應該是十一黃金週関係,一半是國內客,雖然服務都不算差,可惜,飯店人手還是不足,好多時都要自己去換碗筷。我們還點了4盅燉湯(杏汁白肺)@$68,但味道就真係強差人異,有杏味但稀到不得了,飲咗1️⃣半就放棄;講番個主菜-蟹,味道不錯但不夠熱,似乎在廚房煮完放咗一陣才送上,而且要自己剪開,侍應剪要加$100😱,隻乳鴿則普通、略瘦,但可接受,最好反而是個什菜煲、夠大且多料,整體來說,是次體驗非常十分一般,朋友話「海港」應該好啲,但環境就可能冇咁好,因為這𥚃新裝修,格局高少少😅

今晚一行4人到時代廣場12樓鍾府便飯,客人唔多。做緊乳鴿買一送一同芝麻雞,龍蝦E面優惠。外加一個蝦子柚皮,雜菜煲同大鴿飯。乳鴿同芝麻雞e面都好食,龍蝦亦比其他酒樓好,起碼有肉唔係得啲骨叫了乳鴿4隻,有個肥肥地既待應哥仔主動過來細心堂剪,剪得很專業細心。同時亦主動幫忙order其他dishes, 因為成手油不方便手機order.亦主動換碟又會禮貌交談。臨走我同佢講,佢係我近幾年見過最好的待應服務。加油。如果香港的服務業人員都有呢個哥仔既heart, 成個香港還是有希望的。
