好朋友帶左我去霎東街一間樓上餐廳晚飯。餐廳設內設計得好型格,暗暗燈光好有格調。主打日、意fusion,所有菜式都好美味。Tuna Tartare一道食法豐富嘅拖羅他他,首先拖羅刺身肉質鮮甜爽口,非常新鮮。調味方面以比較西式風味生伴海鮮味道為主,配搭自家製米紙海苔脆片,超級夾。另外擺盤賣盤亦都夠高級,好有水準。Hokkaido Scallop Ceviche帶子新鮮肉厚,味道本身已經好鮮甜。夾搭三文魚子進一步加強鮮味,配搭特製酸汁10分開胃,可以同海鮮味有一個平衡,特別在加咗尖尖辣椒,酸酸辣辣,刺激味蕾。Crispy Beef Short Rib牛味十分濃烈之餘,我最欣賞係整條牛肋肉嘅完成整同口感,外脆內軟,外面夠香口但肉芯係入口即溶,真係好好食。Drunken Crab Pasta呢一度意粉係全晚最驚艷嘅一道菜,完全突顯到餐廳fusion菜嘅創新度,濃郁雞湯嘅味道再配合中式花雕酒嘅香氣配埋蟹肉嘅鮮味,完全係味道嘅極致享受。我強烈推薦你呢度食飯一定要叫。Pistachio Lemon CreamCheese Dessert比較少食到嘅一款Soft cheese cake口感類似Tiramisu但味道並無Tiramisu咁強烈唔太鍾意咖啡Baby走嘅朋友,但又鍾意Tiramisu嘅口感可以嘗試試吓呢款甜品。 continue reading

最近又發掘到一間高質又浪漫的西餐廳大家一定要bookmarked啊♥️餐廳Ciclo位於銅鑼灣店內裝潢以暗黑做主調 型格又充滿現代感菜式混合了意大利和日本的風味如大家在為任何慶祝活動的晚餐而苦惱建議大家可考慮一下這餐廳啊上菜時店員都會介紹一下菜式煮法有刻會以為自己在高級餐廳進餐 儀式感滿滿每款食物煮法都挺特別,味道亦很高質♥️TUNA TARTARE牛油果🥑迷必點‼️呑拿魚辣辣的,配上牛油果🥑蓉和炸了的海苔片,非常有口感。🧡HOKKAIDO SCALLOP CEVICHE帶子很新鮮,配上奇異果粒、三文魚籽和墨西哥辣椒,味道醉酸甜甜的非常開胃💕♥️CRISPY SHORT RIB牛扒是用慢煮方法保持肉質嫩滑,醬汁是用了話梅配紅酒燒汁 牛扒配這帶點酸酸味道的醬汁和意大利香草醬,又意外的匹配。而伴碟同上的薯蓉更有意外驚喜,薯蓉十分香滑😍🧡DRUNKEN CRAB PASTA墨魚麵用了紹興酒煮,所以會有點中式風味,而且麵質又很彈牙另蟹肉是用了雞油煮,每口蟹肉都帶點雞味,味道特別又好味♥️SALT BABE可能有人會覺得像鹹檸七,但卻截然不同。這飲料是加了陳皮Gin酒和梨酒,味道又挺清爽。加入了的蜜糖亦為這飲料增添了甜味。飲時配上杯邊的鹽,味道亦豐富了酒的味道🧡SAKE SOUR這雞尾酒🍹以檸檬汁、菠蘿汁和蛋白調配,味道酸酸甜甜,口感很順滑 continue reading

餐廳環境暗黑系,裝修比較工業風,座位好闊落坐得好舒服,好適合夜晚同朋友嚟飲酒chill吓。Tuna Tartare吞拿魚粒混合咗蛋黃醬,個自家製紫菜脆餅一定要連埋吞拿魚粒同牛油果醬一齊食,成件事口感好豐富,餐廳好大膽嘗試將牛油果同辣椒油結合,味道出奇地夾,食落辣辣地好開胃。Crispy Beef Short Rib慢煮牛坑腩外皮燒到好香脆,肉質好淋,配埋香草醬一齊食味道好夾,可以中和返牛肉嘅油膩感,而旁邊嘅薯蓉打到好幼細入口即溶,最底部嘅醬汁用咗山楂食落酸酸甜甜好開胃。Miso Cacio E Pepe意粉好特別用咗日式味噌、芝麻油、cream cheese、仲有少少黑椒碎,味道好濃厚食落好Creamy,意粉口感彈牙唔會過淋,日式味噌同意粉呢個配搭好夾。Truffle Fries黑松露薯條炸到外脆內軟,面層嘅醬汁係餐廳自家製嘅黑蒜汁食落好香濃,再配埋巴馬臣芝士真係成件事好邪惡,會食唔停口。Golden Hour鍾意飲威士忌可以試吓呢杯Cocktail,味道比較甘甜,係用咗威士忌、檀香木浸泡金酒、麝香葡萄利口酒。Upside Down呢杯mocktail好易入口,味道唔會太甜好似飲緊泰式奶茶,職員將泰式茶打成泡沫,再加埋椰奶、椰子水、鹽水溶液,飲到停唔到口。 continue reading
